I am a Wells Fargo bank customer for over 20 years I did the same operation for the past few years with all the tellers , they were very nice with no problems or issues a few months ago I went to the bank to do the same transaction I been doing it for years and one of your teller her name is Melissa Garcia just refused to do it she was very rude and mean about the whole situation . I just told her that the bank lost a good and loyal customers because I already moved to another bank where I am appreciated. I am putting up one of my house for sale and I wasn’t sure which bank I will use for the transaction of my house that is why I went today back to the bank to see if anything changed for a few months ago Melissa Garcia was the only teller there and I ask her nicely if she will do the same transaction I did there for years , not because I needed it, I just wanted to test her she categorically refused me with the same arogant attitude that she is the boss in there and make me feel very bad but no more because was the last time for me visiting Wells Fargo. After today the way I was treated I am sure I will not use Wells Fargo to do any transactions especially with my house or anything else. Is a lots of opportunities and other banks who will please customers make them feel good not make them leave.

We’ve mostly received good customer service at this location but recently, one of their bank tellers, Pamela, has been borderline rude and aggressive for no good reason. The other tellers are always very friendly and personable.

Mr. Qi Wang was AMAZING!I needed to open a unique trust account which so few people around my area seemed familiar with. In fact, I called a few financial institutions around my area, and no one seemed to know about it or be willing to research their procedure about this trust.When I called Wells Fargo near me, luckily, I was able to talk to Qi over the phone. It was several months ago, so if I remember correctly, I believe he told me he would need to research and give me a callback. Later, he kindly explained to me what I would need to bring to the branch and what the setup process was going to be like, after having taken his time to learn about this trust and his bank’s policy regarding it.Months later, I made an online appointment to visit the branch finally and specified I’d like to work with Qi. I ended up having to push back the appointment two times on the same day. I finally met him at the 3rd appointment and apologized for pushing it back, and he was cool and understanding about the delayed appointment.He was professional and VERY meticulous throughout the meeting. This is a kind of trust that a banker would deal with less than a few times, if not zero, in their entire career. But he diligently researched about it and worked with the division that deals with this at the headquarters. He was a problem solver. Since it was my first time trying to get this work done, I didn’t have all the information. He tried to find it out for me, made the best and most reasonable guess, double-checked it, and advised me & gave me tools I would be able to use in case I later got updated information. He knew what was best for his client. All in all, it went amazingly smoothly with Qi’s help, and my needs were met. I am definitely going to go to him for my future banking needs with Wells Fargo. I highly recommend Qi.

I mean I'm new to this place.
I lived in Charlotte. N.C and always very good service
But in this place I went for some procedures and they treated me very poorly, I felt as if I had no right to do anything, everyone treated me the same and the manager didn't even ask me if I needed anything. How ugly
I think they should take classes on how to provide better customer service.
I am very disappointed

I like to use the drive through window more than walking in to premisses. :)eventhought I have walked in during the mornings and is not busy. Is very easy to be attended right away.
