Great service by Nichole. She was very polite and helpful. Definitely prefer this store over other ups store. Service was quick. I would recommend this store.

These guys have exceptional customer service. Even when its really busy they maintain their cool and get everyone taken care of.I have been to other UPS stores in the area and their service pales in comparison to what you get at the UPS store in Sugarhill. Great work to the team here!

What a great experience at this ups store. I walked in with what I thought was 10 Amazon returns. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. And actually made my day. I recommend THIS store
