OMG. such a beautiful environment. the lady “i forgot her name sorry” she was absolutely amazing in her customer service, micro managing, multi tasking, and also making sure your inquiry was handled correctly. if i ever need anything, ill go out of my way to this store specifically just so she can assist me. 11/10 ups store. best one ive been at ever tbh

Normally when I return an Amazon order I go to kohls. I wasn't given that option, only to return to a ups store & I'd have to print theirs the label.
I wish I'd gotten the young man's name who works at this ups store. He provided great customer service that was impressive enough I'll probably just go thru them in future.

Terrible customer service. I’m really upset with the way the lady (staff) was talking to me (customer). I had a package with 2nd day Air Shipping, but it took 5 days to deliver. I didn’t ask for reimbursement or responsibility as they said they have no control once it left their facility. I just don’t want it happens again in the future. The lady has just being defensive too much, didn’t bother to listen to customer, didn’t cooperate to solve the problem for future shipments. Extremely frustrated.
Updated: (In response to the answer from the owner below). Again, I’m not blaming the store for the late delivery. I’M FRUSTRATED WITH THE WAY YOUR STAFF TALKING TO ME. This is the main reason for the bad review to the store. I don’t need her to give me the phone number of UPS customer service complaints. I can easily find it on UPS website. I hung up the phone because she kept on talking, raising her voice to me, didn’t let me express my concern, while I was gentle and polite to her. So still terrible experience with this store’ staff.

I go out of my way to go to this store. The girl who opens during the week is the sweetest, most helpful person I have ever encountered in customer service. She always seems to go the extra mile to help out and always with a smile on her face.

I got there when it opened on 7/5- Katie ( I hope I spelled her name right)- anyways she was so sweet and kind to not only me but other customers as well. She was professional and she knew her stuff!- and I left there happy to know that my package was in good hands! This the only location I use and every time I have been here- I’ve had absolutely impeccable service- today was no different! Thank you Katie for your professional service and your kindness and respect!

Made an appointment online for notary services. Called 4 hours prior to appointment to confirm that the notary would be there. Upon arrival, I was told there was no notary and they couldn’t do anything, regardless of my appointment. I understand life happens and sometimes you have to call out of work. But I feel like there should be better systems in place for if someone has an appointment. At least a call to let the person know that they need to reschedule?

I often go to another location in sugarhill but have recently started using this location though its out of my way because the customer service here is top notch. I would like to make a special mention about Jordon Blockum, shes assistedme twice for Notary help and she goes up and beyond to help her customers.
