Big Thanks to John’s TRY and the Wren’s collision group sugar hill. They are very helpful, friendly and cares about their customers.
I went there for an estimate about fixing my car rear door which had been hit and the up part was twisted when I back out my garage. Yes, I didn’t notice that my rear door did not fully close when i jumped into my car…
At the very beginning, I thought it may cost a lot, because my car may need a new door, but after I told John that my good looking Honda actually has very high mileage and I don’t use it very often anymore, it’s just a back up car, i don’t want to spend too much on it, I asked John if he could help without cost too much, John checked again and saw the window still can get down, then he tried untwisted the door with force. It worked and he did not charge at all…
I am very appreciated, and recommending everybody who needs to go there.

Jeff at Wren's was exceptional. He took at look at the damage on the 2003 truck and told us it wasn't going to be worthwhile to repair. He then went beyond that and gave me advice on how I could do some of the repairs myself to salvage usage of the vehicle for the short term. That is putting the customer first. I don't wish for a wreck, but if it happens I'll call Jeff right away.

After dealing with the Tesla Service Center and another collision center, both of which turned into nightmares, our experience with Wren’s Motors was a welcome relief. Carol, the receptionist, is incredibly knowledgeable and immediately put my mind at ease—her professionalism is one of the key reasons Wren’s Collision deserves its five-star rating. Equally impressive is John G., who inspected our car as soon as it arrived and listened carefully to all our concerns. With Carol and John managing the communication with the insurance company, my only responsibility was to pay the deductible. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience at Wren’s Collision and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Wren’s Collision -Sugar Hill did an excellent job on the front end repair of my Hyundai. Steven and Carol took great care of me through the process and the workmanship for the repair and paint finish was as if off the showroom floor. Very pleased with the entire process. Will use their services again.

Would’ve loved to have gotten an estimate for my damaged vehicle, but Robert Toole (my rep) failed to follow up with my estimate (after 3 days). Braselton location.
Most places take 15 minutes. He said their computers had crashed which I get. Yet having a background in customer service, I have been trained to always follow up with every customer to keep them informed.
Yesterday when I called again to see if the quote was ready, he said by days end. Nothing.
I called again (Day 3) and he was almost was defensive. “You were here, in and out, I don’t know if I can’t get the parts, little busy.” Three whole days? Really? “Not a good way to run a business. Don’t worry about it.”
You lost a customer Bozo ?
May want to have a coaching session with this one.

John is good in explaining the process and my car was fixed as promised. He has put extra effort by himself to reduce the cost.
