I recently took my wife’s Toyota 4Runner to Sate Auto Collision after an accident, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team did an amazing job not only repairing the vehicle but also matching the paint perfectly – you’d never know there was any damage to begin with! The attention to detail and the quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations.
On top of that, their customer service was top-notch. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. I highly recommend Sate Auto Collision to anyone looking for high-quality, professional work. These guys are the real deal!

I got my new 2024 Honda Accord, and within 3 days, I got hit. State Auto Collision was the top rating referred by the insurance and so I went with them. The gentleman, I believe is the owner, was patient and honest. Kept communication and gave me the pro’s and cons upfront regarding how long it would take. Finding parts for a new car is difficult so we knew upfront it would take a while for me to get my car back. Just like anyone else, I was nervous about my car getting fixed and it not coming out new again.. but they did it. The before and after picture reflect it. I was SO happy with their work and I would recommend anyone needing body work done to go here. Thank you!!

I chose this shop based on initial good communication and that communication stayed consistent throughout the duration they had my vehicle. I had a very good experience. They were able to answer all my questions.

Ken helped repair our 2014 Infiniti Q50 to the point where you can't tell it was in an accident. He also told us about prior damages causing him to have to do extra work and used his own resources to help us repair our vehicle. While they are a small shop, they treat you like family here and really make sure you are taken care of. I will be sure to go to them again for future repairs.

The work restored the car to "like new" condition, was outstanding, and was completed even a little before promised. Communication was excellent. What really drove me to write a review was watching how they treated another customer, a young man who unfortunately had his car totaled. While waiting for my ride, I saw the owner treat this customer with respect and kindness, compassion and fairness. Doing the right thing when you don't think others are watching is the measure of integrity. I feel very comfortable recommending this body shop.Service: Body & Trim

I was hit last month and I took my car to State Auto Collision since they're in network with my insurance. I have to say this shop was excellent to work with (5 stars), the owner Ken from the beginning asked me to bring my vehicle in so he can take a look at how bad was the hit. He was so nice during the whole process and my vehicle turned out like nothing happened! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Body & Trim

STAY AWAY!!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. Poor customer service and disrespect from the owner Kenneth Kim is to be expected. Couldn’t have cared less to help in a timely manner and wished I took my business elsewhere. Thank goodness my car was totaled or I would have had it towed to another shop. Not to mention overcharging for repairs. Save yourself the time and go to a different shop.

This is my go to body shop. The owner personally oversees every job, and he is meticulous with the quality of each repair. He is also very personable and is invested in your well being. His exceptional level of craftsmanship is exceptional. I have used State Auto Collision for multiple repairs over half a decade.

Ken took great care of our Highlander. It had a number of areas to work on - deep scratches, front bumper, hood and underbody damage. His shop was recommended by Amica- which is no small thing. He has a wall covered with certifications in specialized kinds of repair. He did the work on time, at a fair price and expertly done. Highly recommend.
