“Overall, we had a great experience with superior play system. The product is of good quality. The only issue we are having is, we were not aware that the yellow slide attracts so many gnats. When you wipe off the slide within one minute, it is completely covered again. My kids love the place system, but will not go down the slide due to this issue. Our previous play system had a blue slide, and we never had this issue at all. If I could go back, I would pick one with a green slide and never have purchased this one.”
“We usually have good experiences at REI but Jayson went above and beyond. He was phenomenal printing us instructions for the item we bought. Allowing us to borrow his pocket knife for a patch repair. He prepared some alcohol for that patch as well. All on Thanksgiving eve! Thank you for the service!”

“I loved all the staffs that worked at this store. They changed strings for all of my old racquets super quick. I also tried their demo program for my new racquet, and it was a fantastic experience. You can try as many racquets you want for a month just for $45 dollar (2 racquets per each time), and they take feedback on every racquets you try so that they can learn what you like/dislike and recommend better racquets for you. After trying like 10 different brand/model racquets, I finally went with Wilson Pro Staff v13, and $25 out of $45 demo fee actually goes towards credit when you buy the racquet from them. Overall, super friendly staffs that made my overall experience very satisfied!”

This is not a typical brick and mortar, and I can't give any feedback on the service, but it isn't clear what sort of establishment this is from the map. Owner was able to help me over the phone and give me a good recommendation despite my confusion.”
