“Great customer service! We stopped in a few weeks ago to have some documents notarized and sent. It was late afternoon, as we had received them late in the day. The gentleman helping us was very patient, kind, and thorough, despite the large number of pages (48 notarizations needed). The store was fully staffed, so other customers didn't have to wait for us to finish. We really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism at this UPS Store location and highly recommend them!”
“I received a lot of help with sending my luggage when I returned home after completing my deployment. By informing us of the most appropriate and cheapest shipping method depending on the type of luggage, we were able to send quite a lot of luggage to Korea easily, quickly, and inexpensively. It was also nice to provide a link that allows you to check the location and status of your luggage in real time.It was a good choice to drop by JOA Express when I almost completed my overseas training in Atlanta. They showed me the best and cheapest ways of sending household goods back to Korea by the types of goods. In addition, they gave me a web-link to track my packages. I could easily check where my boxes are real time.”

“I get my Amazon packages sent here as well as I have a mail box here. I love that you can come after hours to get your mail in the mailbox and your amazon packages from the locker. Every time I come in during business hours the employee that I see always has good energy and takes care of whatever questions or needs that I have. “Above and Beyond!After failing at a Fed-Ex "so called" package center located inside a Walgreens not able to help because I did not "print" my own label, I was "sent" to Post Net across the street. Thank goodness to be greeted by a bubbly Rebecca, who was very kind, knowledgeable, and took pride in finding the most economical, yet speedy postage method to get my perishable to TN. It was a huge set of 80+ pieces, priceless and irreplaceable. Ashley and the other employee there packed it with extreme care, and not a single item got broken. “Stopped in to drop off a package and was greeted by a very friendly husband and wife duo (the owners I assume). They informed me that they we’re technically closed since it was after 6 but they were having some work done (looks like a brand new place that is still being setup) so they were happy to take my package. I’d be happy to return.”
