I go to Sherman Williams paint all the time to do drywall repair paint matches and today I was greeted in the most unprofessional manner possible. Shane who was the employee who helped me greeted me with a mouth full of food( unprofessional) took my paint sample to match the color and when he returned the match I thought the color was too dark. So I said it looks too dark in a very non welcome manner he said “ no it’s not” if anything it’s to light because of the sheen. So I get the paint anyway which is for a client and when paint the wall the paint WAS TO DARK, Like I pointed out to Shane that morning. As a customer and someone who works customer service I didn’t appreciate the way Shane handle me as a customer. And his lack of customer service caused me and my service to go incomplete.

I went to go get paint this morning and there was a lady who was nice and 2 gentlemen just sitting around in the office eating. While I was waiting in the line for 30 minutes, neither one of them got up and asked if I needed help. Alex was also there, but this kid sounds and acts like he hates working there. Just mopes around with a bad attitude and always has a lip with customers. This store is one of the worst with employees. They messed up my paint order and gave me wrong sheen for what i asked for. Get.some better employees working here who are more knowledgeable and act like they want to work. Now i see why other customers have left bad reviews. Store number is 3689

Called to ask a few questions regarding product information and called back to see what they had available Employee Alex said very rudely I already told you what we had. Showed up to the store and asked who Alex was an employee said he left. That employee was Alex. Then wanted to continue to banter. Have you mind when we walked in there were 5 employees just standing around. The drive after phone call was literally under 5 minutes. I could see if they were busy and had an attitude but I bet this type of performance hinders repetitive customers. I have never had an issue like this with any Sherwin Williams store ever……. Store number is 3689 for anyone needing to know.

What a big disappointment I had with this store very early today, there is a very big problem now, due to the shortage of paint due to many factors, I worked a lot with loxon xp, and we had to buy paint in Florida and bring it to GA, to be able to attend to our customers, it turns out that I took 35 gallons to this store, so that they could put the color that I should use, and instead of saying good morning, they yelled at me saying that I would take the painting to the store where I had bought it because they They would not help me with paint bought in another store, maybe they should know the volume of purchase we have with Sherwin Willians, they are very haughty, then I do not know who sarcastically offered me to work with the painting, but that it was until the afternoon for the painting , this was lousy customer service

I really liked this store because as a painting subcontractor I always found everything I needed, always had the paints that stores around them didn't but today was the second time I got someone with a very bad attitude, very rude, didn't even let me finish my sentence and cut me off. Usually the guys there are respectful, polite and helpful but whoever answered today wasn't! Very disappointing...!
