My first experience as a new customer. The person assisting me was courteous, had great customer service skills, listened to my needs and even engaged with me on a personal level. My experience made me feel like I was a real person and not just a number like to feel at the other banks that I have relationships with.

The employees at the Sugar Hill branch are the best.they greet me by name as soon as I walk through the door and we have an awesome business relationship. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.
