“Our house was painted 3+ years ago by a local contractor. Sadly we didn’t have any leftover paint, only knew the colors and that it was Sherwin Williams paint. We need to do some touch up work, so I went to the Hamilton Mill location since it’s the closest. Upon entering, Manuel asked if I needed help. I told him my situation, but didn’t know exactly what kind of paint and was even somewhat unsure on the finish. He asked if I knew the contractor and I mentioned who it was and he immediately knew the company and owner. He searched in their database and was able to find by PO our particular job under the company name and exactly what kind of paint and finishes were used. Manuel really went above and beyond and provided amazing customer service. 5 stars!”

How many coats needed to get best results in their products and why their paint quality differ from others. i never gotten the type of help from home depot or lowes. Been upset many time for recommendations the wrong products to use at home depot. I'm going to be a life time costumer moving forward with Benjamin Moore at Sunset Paints”
“Staff is very helpful with color selection. Store has paint sample displays of their entire color palette. I ordered a "fan wheel color" for $13, while #Amazon charges $35 for the same thing. Self stick color samples are also available. #saisson”
“Came to view Hardwood stains and finishes. Amy was super helpful. She had a consultative approach to assisting me with finding a few color options based on the look I was going for. She helped me take into consideration the current wood type, the existing natural light in the space and furniture.”
“Mark at the counter was great! My wife and I went in there to buy a whole list of stuff pur painter told us we needed. We also needed to pick out 6 colors for a custom paint job with airbrush work. “I was needing some paint matched up to finish a garage. Owner sent me to Sherwin Williams. They were very helpful in matching the sample I took off the windows. You cannot tell where the old stops and new begins. Price was comparable to the two places that has everything iin building materials appliances Outdoor furniture and garden centers if you catch my drift. I went to those two places after getting my paint. Had to have them page someone to lumber at both places and no one ever showed up. There was several around registers doing nothing except talking and they were not cashiers. It is hard to get help in those two stores anymoreEspecially through week. They have more working on weekends but you still have to hunt help.”
“Two words "Customer Service". I'm not a pro and spent only $400 for my paint and supplies. Regardless, the staff helped me get the right supplies (rollers etc.) in addition to a great paint (SuperDeck). I know I saved time and money by getting the right supplies the first time for my deck project. I'm a Sherwin-Williams customer for life now when it comes to any painting related project.”

“This Sherwin Williams is so absolutely wonderful. The staff who work here are so very friendly, very hardworking, and really aim to please their customers! When I was at the store, I was choosing paint colors for a remodel of our house. Their was a problem with the paint samples section due to an emergency. Eva Casey was so very wonderful and stepped in and let me take home the whole book of paint. How very completely nice of her to do so. She really went the very extra mile in providing great customer service. How very kind! I also worked with Nathan Hendershot, the assistant manager. He also provided total quality service when he walked over and provided me with the samples that I needed, and fulfilling my paint sample order. What a completely breath of fresh air! I will definitely continue to come back to this store for my painting needs again and again and again!”
