“I needed a U-Haul at the last minute, with a car dolly, for an out of state move. Trace was amazing, he got me into the truck I needed (which had just become available), he thoroughly explained/refreshed me on towing the car and made sure I was safe to go. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. Whether you have shipping needs (PakMail) or a move (U-Haul), I would absolutely recommend Trace and his team.”
“Great customer service! We stopped in a few weeks ago to have some documents notarized and sent. It was late afternoon, as we had received them late in the day. The gentleman helping us was very patient, kind, and thorough, despite the large number of pages (48 notarizations needed). The store was fully staffed, so other customers didn't have to wait for us to finish. We really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism at this UPS Store location and highly recommend them!”

“In this microwave society, we live in, technology, apps, AI, you name it there’s something to be said for good old-fashioned American American service team. This location is the best I’ve ever worked with UPS and FedEx four different start up business ventures. Take long with the first one to realize that UPS was the choice and now settled into an office, I have to tell you at first, it was a price point, especially in new startup businesses, but not only are they cheaper, I can save without hesitation in the 2 to 300 individual packages on a monthly basis in the real estate industry. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve ever had any issue, not so much is, the package being late. I would encourage all business owners out there, as well as people just looking to take advantage of the lowest prices, the best deals, and like I said before, I can’t reiterate it enough by far the best customer service by light years among their competitors FYI, I hardly ever ever post a review or any comments related to any of the services I use across-the-board for running my companies However, sometimes just gotta stop what you’re doing and show respect, admiration, confidence, and more so than anything we appreciation, staff and UPS is a whole has their clients and customers, regardless of their volume. So respectfully respect is due and more importantly specifically I’ve learned overtime that it’s always about “quality over quantity”

“The guys at this location are really helpful. All polite and don't mind helping me out due to my disability, etc. My only complaint is how pricey it gets anytime I need a box or shipping bag for something, UPS could do better in that respect. Highly recommend this location, tho.”
“I was skeptical about this place at first because of the reviews and also the place isn't the nicest looking but I needed to get my fingerprints scanned and I had already gone to 3 other postals and called many more. There was many people there especially considering it was a weekday but I was only there for 15 minutes and I was done. The check in process was easy, all I had to do was put in my information in a little computer. And then I waited for the lady working to call my name. I didn't have an ID but she accepted my passport. The scanning process was super easy and I finished very fast. I personally thought this place was great and my results came back super fast. My job had emailed me that my results came back a few hours after I went. Idk if it helps but I got it for gaps gemalto.”
“If you have an Amazon return, this is the store to use. They added a kiosk that makes it super easy to return your packages without having to wait in line. In addition, the employees of this store a very friendly and helpful in any situation. Most recently, I was able to use their notary services and they not only helped me get it notarized quickly but they provided the two witnesses I needed all for a VERY affordable fee. This is my go-to store for any of my shipping needs.”
