Why is the pool hardly ever accessible to actual club members, at least at times that are convenient to work out? And, so tired of the small kids from the swimming school, who are not club members, occupying the showers, especially the handicapped one. Why are they there.
This is a breach of LA Fitness' member contract...any interested in joining me in a class action lawsuit?

Have no problem with the gym itself as I've always liked LA fitness however it is still not unnoticed that they went to abbreviated hours during Covid a couple years back and they decided to keep it that way to save money on payroll basically cutting into our membership which did not decrease in price even though I have a much more difficult time making it there after work now and have missed countless workouts as a result. There is no reason in the world the gym should close at 9 o'clock on Friday night an hour earlier than every other night even though it is just absolutely ridiculous and greedy. I'll continue at this gym because I like the people I've met and I like the equipment. But the minute something comes along that is better for a similar price I feel zero loyalty because of their lack of loyalty to us and I'm jumping ship when that happens.

I want to say a special thank you to all the Zumba instructors, especially to Allynne! Her Saturday classes are my favorite thing to do before work. My mom and friends enjoy it as well! Overall I love this gym a lot!

The staff is friendly. The gym itself is very dirty. You can see dry sweat drippings on the sides of the treadmills, exercise bikes, and ellipticals. While there are several cleaning stations provided for members to clean machines after they're done using them, I notice most people don't. There should be a staff member making sure the equipment is clean. I have gone to the gym everyday for the past two weeks and I see the same dust piles on the floors around the machines and the same sweat stains. The floors look like they've never been cleaned. For the price we pay per month, plus the annual fee and sign up fee, it shouldn't be that dirty and the equipment should be cleaned regularly.

How long does it take to repair a machine?? How often do you clean the machines and floors? Clearly the staff here misunderstand their responsibilities. For the price we members pay, we deserve a much better and functional gym experience.

It's an LA Fitness. If you don't mind a cheaper gym, it fits the bill. Good price to value.

They look at you stupid with their back turned as if you already have a membership. Then asks if I need help. SMH, you see me standing here looking lost. Not even a greeting.

Pretty typical LA Fitness facility. One issue is the family restroom is always locked. Simple solution (unlock it) which should be fixes asap. Bathrooms could use more attention as in 99% of LA fitness. Friendly & helpful staff which is always a plus.

It’s a good gym with pretty good equipment. Has great staff like John and Isiah but the older lady is disrespectful. Besides her it’s a overall nice gym and in a good location.

This location is the best!!! Isaiha always provides a great experience and great service. The variety of fitness options also makes it enjoyable.

Love this location! One of the cleanest I’ve been to and Johnathan is great with answering any questions and helping with anything you need! Definitely recommend!
