I have a major gluten issue. I love ranch Doritos but can no longer eat them. Kroger has their own brand and it’s gluten free. They taste the same as the non gluten ones.

They showed Red Cherries on sale for $1.99 a pound. When I got home I noticed they charged me $4.99 a pound. I went back and asked about it and she said sorry it was a digital coupon. I stopped shopping here before because of the difficulties shopping here. I'm going back to Publix where shopping really is a pleasure and Costco!

It's a store that sells groceries. Most of the time they have what you want...sometimes they're sold out.

Worst meat department I have ever come across. 2 hours after opening on weekends and they still have nothing out. And this is every weekend

I have shopped at this Krogers often. Kroger's brand Whole wheat buns are rarely ever in stock.. Today, the Kroger's brand whole wheat tortillas were out of stock and the one that was in stock, had mold all over it, despite being in a sealed packing. I want to give a SHOUTOUT TO LYN from self checkout. SHE WAS AMAZING! Very helpful and patient, despite lines of customers having issues with the self checkout machines. Krogers need to increase employees assigned to that area. Having 1 person working nonstop, and customers lining up due to issues with the machine is absolutely ridiculous! You guys need to assign more people to work in the checkout by the pharmacy area and please fix your self checkout machines! It took me 27 minutes to buy $40 of groceries....If it wasn't for Lyn, I would have left to buy the groceries from Publix across the street.

Leslie at the customer service counter is ironically awfully rude. Customer service at its worst…

Coming from a small town in Wisconsin this place is awesome. I found everything that I needed and more. I was asked if I needed help finding something in 2 different areas of the store and they were very helpful. Checking out the person was kind and another employee smiled and told me to have a great day. I was so overwhelmed with all they have there compared to the small grocery store where I live, but these young employees were very polite and helpful. Wish we had a store like this close to my house back home.

I have been shopping at this location for years, so I'm not posting this on impulse. The pickup service is really starting to make me mad. Half the time, they say something is out of stock, and I'll go in the store and find it myself. They have also started labeling their kroger brand items (simple truth, etc) as "only in store" or "out of stock" and then your only option is name brand. There is no way their own brand of stuff is always unavailable or not able to be picked up by the kroger shopping associate. Why do they do this?? They want to force us to spend more on name brands? It's gotten to the point where they will no longer let me buy organic chicken for pickup at all. It's always "out of stock" even though I always see it when I'm in store. Also, they DON'T even attempt to pick fresh produce for you. If you buy berries through pickup, forget it. They will give you the mushiest, moldiest berries because they don't care. So we just end up throwing them out. I'm now to the point where I have to buy most things through pickup, but still have to go in the store to get my own fruit and chicken. Ridiculous. If you don't want to offer this service, then don't offer it. But if you're going to offer it, why make it so hard for the customer? Annoying

I want to say Thank You to the the pharmacist who work today on April 2, 2024 at around 1:40pm . She was so professional and really knew her stuff. Usually when I get my prescription they ask if I want to speak with the pharmacist. I usually don’t but WOW this time I felt like she cared about what I was taking just by the way she came up and explained everything in detained. I wish I would of asked her for her name ( I think her name was Amelia Hassan ). Not sure but Thank You so much .

Title: Disappointing Experience: Lackluster Customer Service
I recently had an unfortunate encounter with the customer service and it left much to be desired. From start to finish, my experience was marred by inefficiency, indifference, and a complete lack of empathy.
Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the absence of staff readily available to assist customers. Firstly, finding an employee willing to help was like searching for a needle in a haystack. When I finally managed to flag down someone, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. It was as if they were doing me a favor by gracing me with their presence. When I eventually found an employee, their demeanor was apathetic, and it seemed as though they were just going through the motions.
Terrible experience at the self-checkout The machines were slow and glitchy, constantly freezing and requiring assistance. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, two different employee, go through all my grocery, and searching for a product like I’m stealing, leaving customers frustrated. Definitely not worth the hassle or the time. Avoid if possible.
When I attempted to ask a question about a product, I was met with a dismissive response and a noticeable lack of interest in helping me.
The final straw came when I encountered an issue with a digital coupon I was trying to redeem. Rather than offering assistance or trying to resolve the issue, the cashier simply shrugged and told me there was nothing they could do. It was clear that providing excellent customer service was not a priority for them.
