Horrible Click List service. I drive all the way to the one in Suwanee because the sugar hill location is notorious for just not bringing your groceries out when you check in to pick them. OR they call to tell you your groceries will be delayed several hours. And it's been like this for YEARS. Save yourself a headache and drive to another one.

This was my worst experience at a Kroger. I was an employee there, working in the deli department. I never received my final pay check. My last day I worked there was in April and still til now, never got my last check.I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I filled up at this Kroger Fuel Center on my way to nearby Sugar Hill Golf Club. It was fine. This Kroger is located on Georgia State Route 20, also known as Cumming Highway on this stretch, near Suwanee Dam Road. There's a Publix across the street. This Kroger Fuel Center has 14 pumps. It's one of the larger Kroger Fuel Centers I've come across. Since they're adjacent to grocery stores, Kroger Fuel Centers don't have full-fledged convenience stores. Instead, they have kiosks that sell a more limited selection of items like snacks, drinks, ice, cigarettes, and lottery tickets.Kroger Fuel Centers have reasonable gas prices after Kroger Plus Card discount. You earn 1 fuel point for every $1 you spend at Kroger. You can then save $0.10 per gallon for every 100 fuel points you redeem. Kroger Fuel Points are a nice, free benefit. Boost members earn double fuel points, but pay a membership fee (Plus is free). You can view your Kroger Fuel Points balance using the Kroger app.If you're having trouble scanning your Kroger Plus Card barcode at the gas pump (I've never been able to get the digital barcodes on my phones to scan), enter your Alternate ID using the keypad. If you don't have an Alternate ID, you can create one using the Kroger app -- go to your Plus Card and tap "View Card Details." Once scanned/entered, prices at the pump automatically drop.During my visit on an ordinary Saturday around 11:20am, this place was busy. I'd return if I needed gas in this area again.

I had a concern about something going on in the store. I saw the manager MARK walking around. I went up to him and tried to start a conversation. It was as if I was beneath him. He could care less. He just walked away.MARK is not a person you want to be a manager of a store.

This is the worst Kroger EVER!! Management is nonexistent and when you track them down, they handle every situation like they are inexperienced and could care less. The store is dirty, the employees are miserable and I avoid it as much as I can.

WORST PHARMACY I've been to in town. 1. I was not greeted2. Wait in line was longer then a half an hour standing waiting to be helped. 3. Untrained staff, aren't able to configure payments appropriately. Three associates were standing there trying to figure out a simple insurance issue on the computer and couldn't help me. Stood around looking dumbfounded. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Without me being helped two employees continued on doing what they were doing. Regardless I will not be back to this location.

There is always a huge line to get out. They rarely have regular checkouts open, and they expect you to self checkout large orders in self checkout. The man that runs self checkout that looks like Santa Claud is very rude and unhelpful. I will take my business across the street to Publix where the service and atmosphere are night and day. This krogers very clearly hates its customers, it's one thing to be constantly understaffed but don't take it out on the customers. Every manager at this location needs to be fired and replaced with competent employees.

Clicklist is just lazy. I understand finding good help is tough right now but come on. I ordered a few of these drinks. A few blue, a few red. They said they couldn't be found, only had green. Get to the store to find a FULL WALL DISPLAY of every flavor. Things like this are why I have to go inside to get my own produce.

I overheard a Kroger hiring Spv belittle a woman in front of everyone who came in for a job. This hiring person Shirley was so nasty to that woman and she was representing KROGER??? tf that's the type of management you have at Kroger I don't want to work there AT ALL for any price. It didn't make NO sense how Shirley spoke to that woman. The woman wasn't irate or loud, but Shirley showed herself real well. PUBLIX here I come.
