very little communication! letters don’t get sent out when dated! usually never receive any letters until weeks later if i’m lucky enough to receive any. However they do show up online. No email communication, very few.

I've been with this agency longer than I can remember (I'm 76) and the service has always been great. Over the years we've had a couple of minor car accidents, flooring damage due to a leaking water heater and one roof repair due to a storm. Everything was handled without any hassle.

I will not recommend this agent at all. there is one helper (Ulrich ) here she send the unpaid bill directly to collection instead of contacting customer. Highly not recommended place.

Great way of taking the time out and analyzing my needs for insurance and giving me the proper policy. I was able to make significant amount of savings by adding my vehicles to my condo policy. The drivewise app also helped me save as well so I'm very grateful to having to switch over.
