Super knowledgeable staff and tough workouts. The classes are on the smaller side and have a cap on the amount of members for each class. They are attentive to struggles and accomishments of their members and adjust workouts accordingly. I highly suggest giving it a shot!

I found FF on ClassPass after years of defaulting to group classes at LA Fitness whenever I came to visit family in the area. This facility is fantastic and Coach Ben is the best. The workouts are challenging and thoughtfully planned with a lot of attention and modifications/adjustments to help make the most of each move like a small group session (vs. what you might get in a group fitness class elsewhere). Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for functional training that's controlled but kicks your a*** I'll be back whenever I'm in the area.

Fit Forward is amazing! Levi Lee and staff care about each of us and our fitness and health goals. If you are considering going to a box gym I would highly reconsider and pay the extra price for the personal attention and group motivation. You will reach your goals and make great friends in the process!!

Levi and his training staff are awesome. I have been coming to Fit Forward for over 2 years and the trainers are always very motivating and help me keep in shape. In the entire time I have been training at FF I have never repeated one work out, it is always something new, different and challenging. Levi is very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition. He really cares about you being the best you can be and maintaining a healthy life style.

Love Love Love this place. My husband I were very apprehensive about joining a "gym". In the past we have joined many gyms and after a month or two stopped going but of course because of the contract we had to continue to pay. Fit Forward is a 45 minute class that runs consecutively starting at 6AM. Saturday is Open House some come by and try them. We like coming in and knowing we have a structured class and don't have to think about what our work out is going to be that day. Class sizes are small and you end up pretty much knowing everyone in a couple of weeks. Daily workouts can be modified based on your ability or if healing an injury. The trainers are all knowledgeable and motivating and have a wealth of information on diet, nutrition, working on problem areas, etc. We have been members since January 2015 and except for when we were out of town we have yet to miss more than a day or two of classes. Highly recommend you stop in and try them out. We love our Fit Forward Family!!

Going to the gym for the first time in a long while can be intimidating! But not here! The trainers and the clients are very friendly and welcoming. The trainers are very knowledgeable and care about each person. The classes are designed so that you get personal instruction in a group setting. Levi and Matt challenge you to do your best no matter where your starting point is. 😊 This is a great place to get healthy! I'm so glad I joined.

I became a Fit Forward member in March and absolutely love it. I've joined several other gyms in the past and had a hard time seeing results. I've gone to FF "consistently" 4-6x per week and am leaner, much more tone, have a lot more energy, and am just all around happier. Levi and his training staff do a phenomenal job motivating you. Levi is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to diet and exercise and he truly cares about each one of his members and their success. I promise you will get the results and have fun while doing it! I also really like the My Zone (heart rate monitor) program. I like being part of group challenges .. they really push me. I also like seeing my progress during the workouts as well my progress from month to month.
