I recently had a standout experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car worth sharing. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and efficient. Despite encountering a challenge when the SUV's battery died during my trip, I bought a jump-starter to mitigate the issue. This ensured our journey could continue without significant interruptions, even on a Sunday when other Enterprise locations were inaccessible to exchange the car.Upon returning the vehicle, I explained the situation and sent the receipt for the jump-starter to the office. The staff was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund for the car rental and without any hassle. I'm truly impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction and will definitely choose this location for my future rental needs.

Great customer service when I had an issue with a rental I was able to get another one the we needed for our family vacation and we was recommended a mini for our long trip which my wife didn't want but after driving it to Florida and back we decided to buy one thanks for the hopeful employee.

Nash was the agent that helped us. I needed to rent a vehicle for my parents to drive back to their city (2.5 drive). Excellent customer service! Once they dropped the car off at a location near their home, we got a text to close out the contract. I called in and spoke with Anthony. Also, great customer service. Politely asked the questions needed and done. Definitely would recommend.

As always a great experience.Very easy to schedule/reserve with their online app. The pick-up and drop-off was painless and quick. The staff are always very professional and efficient. These are the reasons I always rent from Enterprise.

I’m a Plus Platinum member at Enterprise and I have rented from several locations and states. What makes me return to a certain location and company is not always the price of a rental but the superior customer service that is offered. Ashiq and Thomas both excel in offering both professionalism and great customer service. Thank you both so much for making my rental experience with Enterprise pleasant and enjoyable! Customer service was good but very slow with a long wait to pick up our car. However they did have cars available when a nearby rental company cancelled our reservation the day of pickup because they didn’t have any cars!However they did not have a full-size that I had reserved so they “upgraded” me to a subcompact hatchback that they call an SUV. I am 6’5” and this “upgrade” was about 5’ shorter, 2’ narrower and slightly less tall than our midsize sedan. I reserved a full size because I needed a full size, and a subcompact just doesn’t work! Further, they insisted on charging the higher full size rate rather than lower compact rate, since they consider a subcompact Hyundai Kona to be an SUV even though it is 20% smaller than a Hyundai Sonata.The rental was in fair physical condition, but was rented to us with the fuel gauge on E and less than 1/16 of a tank, and we were unable to return it that low. The cargo area was only big enough to fit 3 backpacks, which was a challenge transporting kids to and from school with their gear for after-school activities. And the cloth interior smelled like a skunk was living inside the seats. Apparently this was not a no-smoking vehicle for the previous renter!Overall, I would rent from this Enterprise location again, but only as a last resort if no other local rental companies have cars available again in the future.

If you need any assistance with transportation - pick up or delivery, DO NOT rent from this location. We were in a bind and the staff was too lazy to help us!. Our campsite at Camp Margaritaville at Lanier Islands was 9.2 miles away. We were told they only offer pick up or delivery within 5 miles. This was a lie as we called the Buford location who shared with us every Enterprise offers delivery within 10 miles. I was very kind to the staff hoping for a solution. But little did they know, I was going to give them a 1 star for customer service. We even called the corporate headquarters and we were told a regional manager would contact us within 24 hours. We called Thursday 3/16/23 and I am writing this review on 3/19/23 and have not heard anything yet. We will not rent from this location ever again. Horrible customer service!!!

I have always had great customer service at the Buford Enterprise on Nelson B. Nash and the entire staff has always seemed to go above and beyond to assist me. No issues with the rentals either. Overall a good place if you are in need of a rental vehicle.

The staff at the Nelson Brogdon Blvd, Sugar Hill location were very professional and friendly. The car provided, however, needs to be placed in the shop. The steering wheel immediately started to shake before I drove out of the parking lot.
