First of all, things changed since Larry and Ellen retired. After many years of being a loyal customer, my family and were not taken care of. I got into a minor accident and was no fault. For whatever reason I, along with my family members were kicked out of state farm. When shopping I realize my rate were high. Turns out, CLUE (LexisNexis) who provides insurance company background check, has me as a driver with a record "At fault" accident. I know not all this may be due to the agent but there was no communication, no status, and no simple apology. This new generation. I miss Larry and Ellen.

David Horne insurance office is a pleasure to deal with. Monica works with me each time I add or remove a vehicle. Real customer service and not a computer. Very quick to get my business handled . My wife and I have been State Farm 100% house boats cars all of it.

My family had policies with David Horne’s father Larry since the 1970s, before I was born. Naturally when Larry retired and closed his office, we moved our business to David’s agency. I expected the same level of service and friendliness, and I got it! Monica is knowledgeable and professional and responds quickly to resolve any concerns you might have. Great people!

After 16 years with this agent, I switched. We have been overcharged for YEARS! They do not have their loyal customers in mind only making a buck. I never had an accident, and thankfully never needed their services. I have no faith in this office. When I question a policy discount discrepancy David gave sorry excuses. They are inefficient and David is RUDE!!!! They come up quick with bogus "policy" and heresay. Be sure to tell them not to give your discounts away to your kids and you have to start over being eligible!!!! They will and say they told you!!!!!! LIES!!!!!!!! Crooks!!!!!!

Just switched to David Horne as my State Farm agent and he has already done more for me than my last State Farm agent. He actually answers the phone, answers questions and calls back with follow up information. Top notch! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!
