This branch is absolutely useless for business banking.. . this was remodeled to the newer model which is essentially all auto serviced. Deposits and withdrawals are all done by customer. ONE BIG PROBLEM anytime I have a large transaction like withdrawals let’s say $20k or depositing $50k for my business I always get errors. The solution is a member calling customer service for you providing all your info to them and waiting 10 to 15 minutes for them to say “ok try now” meaning get back on the automated ATM and see if it’ll allow me. They say it’s for protection so they put limits in how much I can take in or out, so if I have a large transaction it does this. You have to drive to other location (few of them left) that actually have tellers (humans) working to get your transaction done

My Mother who is 87 years old was in the Hospital and was 1 Day Late on her CC Payment. They hit her with a $ 29.00 Late Fee. This would be different if she was not a Bank deposit Customer....BUT SHE IS. She Keeps Thousands in your Bank But Guess what probably not after Today... You have Lost a Credit Card Customer and a deposit Customer over a Dumb Late Fee Did you EVER think about the interest you were making on the Thousands you keep in her Bank ? Guess Not... My Next Call is to the Bank President Because You Can't Even Answer the Phone when someone call.... Shame on you !!!

I was initially skeptical about going to this branch due to general bad reviews yet I went as it's closest. Honestly, most of the bad reviews can be attributed to individual 'expectations' as they expected a full branch with teller services. This branch has everything except teller services. Chase Bank's front office people are generally good BUT their Back Office definitely needs improvement in their efficiency. Whenever someone opens an account, the back office due diligence takes days which in my opinion SHOULD BE DONE IN HOURS.The staffs at this Branch were very prompt, courteous, attentive and served us immediately to our full satisfaction. Keep up the good services!

Visited over three weeks ago to help open business account for wife. After providing everything necessary and completing all paperwork they gave us papers with account number but said couldn't open yet. Each time they say don't know problem but it will be just couple more days. Not happy!

It happend a few weeks ago. When I visited here it was closed.I obviously checked their business hours on Google before leaving. They were marked as open, but their doors were locked tightly. I had to go to other branches around me countless times. I managed to get to another branch with three minutes left of the bank's business hours. Fortunately they took care of my work and they were kind and very satisfied.

Love chase bank but not to good of an experience at this branch. Scheduled a call meeting for this morning and no one called. I mean not a missed call or email to reschedule they just totally didn’t make the scheduled meeting . Every time I try to call and handle it I’m on hold for the rest of my life and end up hanging up. Get it together guys..

I would give negative stars if I could. I was told by the branch the funds would be available in 2 days, then they placed a nine day hold on it. They are thieves and just j*** you around while trying to get your money

So it's a Express Chase Bank now. They don't have teller's anymore. At least change the logo outside so people will know. Really inconvenience when you drive all the way here and can't do what you want.

This branch no longer has full-service tellers. If you have to make a deposit, you must use the ATM (drive thru, lobby, or inside), or visit another branch. You can only deposit cash or checks here. The branch still offers staff to help you open accounts, apply for loans, etc., but there is no cash on site except for the ATM machine. The biggest aggravation though is the lack of signage outside of the building regarding the limited services offered. Other than a few very small signs on the door that say something along the line of "services at this branch are changing", it is not until you enter and see the teller counter gone and replaced with an ATM (and a coffee bar), that you realize the extent of the changes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and this review is NOT a reflection on the customer service offered by the staff at this location.

This morning I had yet another five-star experience at the Chase branch in Sugar Hill, Georgia. Likeevia was fantastic and as she went WAY above and beyond to take care of my request, I was pleasantly amazed at how the coworkers worked together as a team, covering and doing for each other, all the while being sure to greet every single customer walking in to their branch and acknowledging them by name during their transaction. I have been to other Chase Banks locally and never have even half this customer service experience that I do here. Their customer service at this branch is consistent even though the employees have been relocated or changed over the years. I rarely use the drive-through because the one-on-one attention inside the branch is outstanding! I hope that this review is noticed by corporate so that they can incorporate this exceptional service at all their branches.

I initially had a good experience here. I recently spread my money out across several institutions to see who is should bank with. My wife suggested I try Chase bank so I did. I had what seemed to be a good experience. I kept a very small amount of money with Chase to see how it would be handled. This account is primarily a "Daddy-can-I-have" account for the kids. However, I am a local business owner, a relatively successful one and it would be very convenient to transfer the business accounts to a local branch. My wife (who speaks with a slight Hispanic accent) occasionally conducts cashier deposits and makes change for the cash registers. To my surprise, she's not welcome in the bank!!! When she enters with the cash bag for a deposit they direct her back out the door to make the deposit in the ATM machine between the double doors. I thought there was a misunderstanding until today when I entered the bank before her(as if we were not together) and I saw this for myself!!! I was shocked! I didn't know Chase bank has a culture of such prejudicial arrogance! I'm meeting with my attorney tomorrow to see if I can post the video to the Internet without being sued. They almost had my business accounts. Close call I'm closing out my accounts due to the way Chase treats customers. If I find a way to edit this review with a link to the video I will. Don't bank here. Period.

When Best Bank went out of business earlier this year. I decided to join Chase Bank. The best decision I ever made, Customer Service is untouchable....
