Had a problem with our bill was told by customer service We had to come into the store to resolve the issues.We dealt with Brandon and he was very rude and unpleasant and unhelpful didn’t even want to hear our issue. I highly recommend dealing with someone else if you have to come into this store.

Entered the store, waited 5 min for the 4-5 people behind the register to acknowledge me. When I was asked to provide my name the person behind the desk must not have heard me due to him having an AirPod in and being on the phone with another person, so much for privacy if I had told him account information. Proceeded to be rude and chose not to work we me due to a misunderstanding (something not disclosed on a prior visit) proceeded to do nothing other than repeat him self and offer no great assistance. Huffed and puffed that he had to do his job and ultimately put a bad taste in my mouth for this store.If you are going to work at a customer service job, maybe be prepared to provide customer service or get another job.

i came in wanting to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T! i did not have the intention that everything i was wanting was happening that day. but with my Store Rep who helped me, she made everything so easy and simple and i got to upgrade to my dream phone, the plan that was best for me, and made sure all ties were cut from T-Mobile as much as she could! I could not be any more pleased with the service!

I had a warranty issue with my Samsung phone and was assisted by Gary Grimes. Gary went above and beyond to assist me through avenues available to him. He was attentive and pleasant throughout the ordeal. AT&T is lucky to have him.

Gary Mike and TK have been awesome while helping me transition to a new phone and service. My situation brought challenges and they stuck with me through it all to make it happen. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable too. Seems like management has the right formula for success. He's earned my business and respect!

So I call to discuss buying a phone and they did not have the phone I wanted in stock. I proceed to ask a question about another phone choice and the lady transfers me to customer service without saying a word about the other request. I guess she figures since they didn’t have them in stock I wasn’t worth the time. This is the second bad customer service experience with this location. I want bother again!!!!

I traveled far to come to this store specifically after a recommendation from a family member. My experience with Gary was extremely pleasant, professional and enjoyable. He was patient answering my “simple” questions. There were many stores I could have gone to but this experience was top line! Thank you ATT for restoring my confidence in your customer service! This was the best experience. I really appreciate all the team members at this store. My salesman was Mike. He treated me with kindness and respect more importantly he helped me to find the exact products and plan that was right for me. I was originally at the Verizon store and I am glad I chose to come over to AT&T. You will not regret shopping here.

Horrible customer service, wouldn’t answer my call. Sent me to u verse for a hotspot help which didn’t help at all. Sold me a hotspot but set it up incorrectly as a phone line. Would not suggest anyone use this store.

Daryl did an excellent job helping us. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the phones and services available. He is excellent at multitasking as he was very efficient in assisting us while training a part-time coworker. Definitely management material!!!

My iPhone 11 is getting very hot and at times it doesn’t respond to the touch while texting so decided to take it to the store.I went to the AT&T store in Sugar Hill on Hwy 20.I was warmly greeted by Eli.He was professional, informative and delightful.He took his time to so diagnose the problem. He made me feel happy to be an AT&T customer.Such a breath of fresh air.Thank you Eli for being the epitome of Excellent Customer Care.Thank you.

Eli was the first competent person I've encountered after weeks of trying to switch service providers. I've had a paid off phone that was constantly locked for unknown reasons. After going to the previous service provider and calling customer support multiple times I was ready to trade in my phone, but Eli spent time with me and tried to solve the issue, which ultimately saved me money at the end! Highly recommend going to him for your phone needs!
