Absolute worst customer service!! All calls are routed to India or the Philippines. They quote one price over the phone and charge you a different price when it’s delivered. They’ve accidentally filled up my neighbor’s tank twice and charged my credit card. That took months to resolve.
My latest delivery was a debacle also. I was supposed to receive 800 gallons at $1.59 per gallon but they delivered only 600 gallons and charged me a higher price of $1.79 per gallon. What asked to deliver the remaining 200 gallons, they wanted to charge me the higher price instead of the original quoted price. I’ve been on the phone with them for over an hour with three separate phone calls, and it still has not been resolved. I’m exasperated!!

Delivery did not happen when I was told it would be. Very stressful during a very cold time of year. I called several times but no one would help me.

I have been a customer for years. when you could speak to a representative in Buford the service was great. Now that you speak to India the service is terrible. Promises after promises and lies after lies. it will be there tomorrow. Just tell me you're not bringing it. BAD MANAGEMENT!

I can never get a delivery on time. Every time I submit a request it takes two weeks to get a delivery. I have to call them get upset and then they deliver. I am at a.criticallevel on gas and the operator uses the word hopefully they will deliver. Service has always been horrible. Time to switch companies.

This propane company is a scam! They will give you the run around and make all the excuses in the world and all they can do is say they’re sorry. I am a senior citizen and have not been able to take a hot shower or run the heat in over a week. If you want a company who doesn’t care about their customers, this is a great one.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. My father is a senior citizen on a limited income. He hasn’t had gas in WEEKS! They keep apologizing and telling us how much they “understand” but I bet they have heat in their homes so how could they possibly UNDERSTAND? They continuously guarantee they will be out but never show up. This company is a disgrace who does not appreciate their customers.

Ordered propane over a month ago. 35 year customer. Every day we are told delivery is tomorrow. Out of gas, and now a 78 year old grandmother is freezing. We are getting a hotel and looking for another LP provider.

Was told one price to start with. Spoke with 3 different people for over an hour each time and never got what I was promised to begin with. The deliver driver was extremely nice! But y’all have lost my business due to being lied to many times and never getting what was promised on the first call.

This group is the worst propane company I have ever dealt with. The first thing they did when the old company became amerigas. Without warning they just took the tank a tank that had been in our yard since 1961 claiming it was there’s.This was a second home where we bought little gas. The tank was not there’s and theycould prove no chain of ownership and the gas inside that was payed for. They couldn’t even prove it was their tank. After much arguing they returned it but informed us we must buy gas . The secretary in their Gainesville office was constantly brow beating us about low gas purchases. They changed the larger tank out for a smaller one which I was never convinced was there’s to start with. They had to use our driveway to deliver gas to my neighbor so they left me alone for a few years . When they lost the neighbors as a customer they went back to bothering me about gas purchases. Last winter when I finally gave up and I needed gas they told me it was a five week wait. I have a second home in the North Carolina mtns where the temps are fridged. That company locally owned brings you gas next day without penalty. When my amerigas rent came due this year I called them to pick up there so called tank and credit me back the gas inside. First the guy didn’t complete the work order so several more weeks have gone by without a tank pickup. Yesterday I called again and got the work order completed and was informed that they had a $199.00 pickup fee and my gas would be credited back at the purchase price of years ago instead of market price. When have you rented a car payed the rental then they told you there was a $200.00 fee to turn it in. DO NOT buy gas from this company. They refer to the fine print in a lease I have never seen to cheat you. My advise is find a local company and stay away from these people.

Our tank wasn't filled before we ran out. I had to call to get a delivery and wasn't notified when the delivery was coming or that it was made.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service ever to deal with; I called 2 weeks ago and prepaid for my delivery and still do NOT have propane and I am almost out, after being told multiple times my delivery was that day or the next. Each and every time you speak with a "customer service personnel" you are lied to or hung up on. Horrible. We will never recommend or use again.

In September 2022, I exchanged a propane tank at the AmeriGas kiosk at Sam's Club in Snellville, Ga. I noticed a strong smell and within days the tank was nearly empty. I called AmeriGas and they sent someone to pick up the leaking tank. After several calls I still have not been reimbursed for either the lost gas or misappropriated tank. So now, I'm out the cost for both. I appreciate how quickly they recovered a leaking tank, but come on and replace what you took from me.
