“Ross was a busy, busy place this Christmas. Long lines and few cashiers. But Ross does deliver some pretty good deals; especially on apparel. Their selection was quite limited when it came to dress pants and dress shirts for men, though.”
“Danny was great. Very helpful. Stayed stocking and cleaning when she wasn't needed and very knowledgeable of her inventory. Also a bonus that my daughter, different as she is was made to feel at home and some kind of normalcy. I love how she was wearing a bracelet my daughter was purchasing to show that they both shared great taste! This woman deserves a raise!”

“UPDATE!!!!!!!I started shopping back there since i have difficulty finding shoes for my teen son. The staff has changed since my last review 5 years ago. Customer service is much much better and this is my go to store now.Poor customer service I waited at checkout this young lady behind the counter made eye contact with me twice turn her back checked her phone the went on to conversation with 2 the other coworkers outside the counter. I store there with my toddler and a baby and the 3 pairs of shoes atop the stroller for about 7 minutes before one of the coworker said ‘I think she is checking out’ ?( well duh... I just left home with my 2 kids to stand in the checkout line because I was bored home?). The same person behind the counter then turn and said hello how are you as if she was just seeing me. I sure didn’t answer because I would definitely had told her how I was doing. I hate to be that person but customer service job is self explanatory. If you don’t wanna be at work then don’t there’ always a choice and a person who will be grateful. If you are there then be the best as you are being paid for it. If the pay is too small or you are refused a raise then go somewhere else or prove your worth but you did know what you signed up for.”

A little confusing getting in bcuz the Mall access doors weren't opened yet but made my way to their outside entry door, and Ms. Chudney whom my appointment was with, met me at the door. And she proceeded with exemplary service; explained every step of what she was doing, and I had a beautiful silk press on my long tresses.”
“I took my 5 year old granddaughter to Claires located at Stone Crest Mall to get her ears pierced. The smile that my granddaughter had on her face was priceless. The staff treated her with gently hands and displayed professionalism. I would recommend Claires hands down to all my friends and family.
