“I paid a visit to the Riverdale location on the 27th & 28th of July 2024. I don't have words to express how pleased I am with the services I recieved on both of those days. I needed brakes and I didn't know who to trust because of some past experiences at other businesses. So I called and Dominick answered where he took liberty in answering every question I had without hesitation. We showed up within 2 hrs before they closed because we dont live anywhere near the area. We past several brake and oil places but it was something about Dominicks customer service. He allowed us to be serviced even though it was 2 hrs before closing. The techs told us what was wrong and replaced the brakes. They even fixed issues that someone else caused to make sure they provided top tier service. Brakes were done within an hr. Upon cashing out, I made an appt to come back the next day for an oil change.
The next day, the amazing service never changed. This time it was a young lady and she took great care of me as well. She called around for parts for me and asked if she could assist with anything else. I asked for Dominick, and just like that he appeared and finished the job from the day before. We cashed out and we were on our way.

“Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend them. I’m a single female and my car died so I had it towed here on a Saturday. They were super friendly over the phone and informed me that they most likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday. I appreciate being given reasonable expectations so I could plan accordingly. To my pleasant surprise I received a call/text that my car was ready for pick up. “So look when you are a women it can be scary or hesitant experience dealing with your car. But I have to give Jay’s there kudos, because it is truly a safe space. I bought 4 tires a year and an half ago, at a great price. I have had to go back for 2 tire plugs, rotation, and a tire sensor issue and I have paid nothing. The entire staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, but most importantly attentive. The waiting area is clean, and I have never had a long wait. The young lady who seems to “conduct” the operation is sharp. I have sent 5 people to get tires from Jay’s and everyone loves them. So support local businesses and receive great service for sure.”

“Oh, where do I begin! What a wonderful business with first class service! Last Friday, I was driving my partner’s truck to the airport and, in my haste, topped off the fuel tank with gas instead of diesel. About ten miles down the road I could tell something was off, at which point I mentally replayed the stop at the gas station and immediately knew I’d made a HUGE error. I quickly pulled off and called a couple of shops near me. Neither of them worked on diesel engines, but the second one told me to call Barber. “They’re honest and they’ll do right by you.” AND THEY DID!
This could have been a horribly stressful time but Ben was such a pro and was a calm in the storm. I had the truck towed and within an hour and a half of the discovery I was back on my way to the airport.
For the duration of this situation, I’ve been communicated with regularly, and they have provided very detailed and itemized pricing for the services needed. Luckily enough for me, all I needed was to drain the lines and clean the filters and I was good to go. They did discover another issue that needed immediate attention and were able to take care of that while the truck was still in the shop.
This is a professional business. They are worthy of the trust given to them by their customers. Don’t think twice if you need service - this is the place!”
