When I arrive to get a quote I got turned around due to staff miscommunication. Call in the next day to talk with manager it’s so many excuses. So many red flags at the beginning of the process. Don’t get me wrong I have brought two trucks from Nalley Kia and they do good business. But as far as the collision center a never again. I definitely feel some type of way because I’m spending my hard earned money with no insurance help before I go through this I’ll rather go to another Kia collision center. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR PURPOSE.

If you enjoy waiting 8 days for a reply to repeated emails and voicemails, this is the place for you. If you enjoy having $1600 of rental car fees because Nalley refuses to communicate with your insurance provider, this is the place for you. If you enjoy having your car set off to second repair shop for "final calibration" then that second shop discovering suspension damage that Nalley didn't fix or even find, this is the place for you. If you enjoy being told "your car will be done on X date" and then receiving no communication or return of your vehicle on that day, this is the place for you. If you enjoy having to call them multiple times on that day to finally get through to someone only to have them finally say "its not done yet, and no we haven't updated your insurance" even though you've told Nalley no less than half a dozen times that communicating with insurance is literally THE MOST important part of this process -- more important than getting the car repaired -- then this is the place for you. If you enjoy having your rental car canceled on you while you are out of town and your wife and 6 week old baby are at home depending on that rental car, all because Nalley again refuses to update your insurance company, then this is the place for you.
This is the place for those who want to make their life miserable and spend out of pocket money for a not at fault accident, all the hoping and praying that somehow someway they get reimbursed for the months of out of pocket rental car fees, due entirely and solely to Nalley's refusal to communicate properly.
EDIT: just so everyone is aware, this is a canned PR response from the manager. He already has my email address and we’ve communicated multiple times. He wouldn’t need me to reach out, he knows how to reach me.

They had my car from November 20, 2023 to February 17, 2024. Very poor management and body repair technicians. Poor communication and poor customer service ( I believe they are in cahoots State Farm ) who also would pretend to compassion, but all along just giving lipservice. If you call to speak with someone, they would either be in a meeting or disappear. Please go somewhere else for body work. The only thing done correct was the repair on the hood, but it should be for how long they had the car. By Nalley collision in stonecrest Mall, for 3 months, I was in my own prison cause of them saying parts were on back order or some other lies from mechanics. I wouldn't advise anyone to take your car there. Now, I've found other phone numbers programmed into my blue tooth which means someone may have been using my car for personal use.

I was dissatisfied with the time of getting my vehicle back , I was charged for calibration that was done on a vehicle that wasn’t necessary. The price was ridiculously high over $1000, the dealership didn’t ask me if it could be done. My insurance company told them no , they went and did it anyway . I would advise never take your vehicle to Nalley collision for anything . I wouldn’t purchase a car from them ever . They do work on your vehicle without your permission.

Great customer service. I was informed each step of the way during the process. Car was repaired and cleaned ad promised on the date it was promised. Parts took some time but that was out of their control.

I had a wonderful experience with his shop. They treated me with amazing hospitality when I dropped off my vehicle and after dropping it off, they kept me informed about the status of my car. They also addressed any concerns that I had promptly. Then, when I went to go pick up my car the work was flawless. Did a great job matching the color. It was like the accident never happened. I would recommend them 100% and I would definitely go back if something happened again in the future.
