“Adam was super helpful. He helped me with my mattress and adjustable base frame. Gave me two options and took the time to explain the differences in the two. Also very patient with my indecisiveness. The delivery was great and fast. The 2 men that setup my bed asked if they needed to remove their shoes or not. They also allowed me to watch their setup without issue and explained what they were doing and how to use the bed in case I needed to move it one day. Setup was quick and they made sure I was happy before they left.”

“You can luck up and find decent items (open box/dented) sometimes. They do offer financing options, which can be a big help! My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer here and got a decent deal for it...barely any visible damages (none obvious to the eye) and we've had it for almsot 2 years now with no issues. We went back today to look at refrigerators, and I wasn't too pleased with the large, extremely obvious dents that were visible on the ones we liked.. They did offer to knock off a few hundred, but it was still a still a bit overpriced for my liking, looking at how bad it was knocked up.”

“Great, customer service. I saw the post on Facebook and it had a different city location than that of where the store was located. Honestly, I wasn't going to get the item I wanted again if I had to drive to Riverdale. But before I could say nevermind Holly offered to meet me with the item in the area that I thought the item was located. She didn't have to do that but she did. “I always used to see this furniture place whenever I went into 285 flea market, and I never bought anything…this time i Basically furnished my whole home, I am in love with the furniture selection the furniture that I chose really matches with my decor and the prices were awesome to work with the pick up warehouse. It was not too far and they were very very quick about getting the furniture that I ordered together so that I could come and pick it up it was so seamless. It was so easy to deal with And I basically avoided a delivery fee by being able to get most of my stuff on my own but the delivery fee was not high at all. I would’ve paid it, but I have a truck I will be visiting them again.”
