“The management is unwilling to work with people and treat you as if your a nuisance while being a guest in their hotel. I'm not sure what the deal is as with most hotels these people continually look down their nose at you even when spending a hundred dollars a night for a room. Zero amenities crime ridden area you'd think they would appreciate business but the fact is they dont. Their loss is another hotels gain will never stay at this hotel again even if they gave me the room free.”

“First time staying at this property and it was amazing. Starting with Johntae at the front desk made me feel very welcomed. Jerome assisted me in every way possible and made some delicious popcorn on Saturday night.Rashad and Ernest with the valet staff were very accommodating and polite. I left the valet ticket in my car and they retrieved it with the type of customer service that is rare. Thank you very much guys! At first I thought $55.00 dollars for valet was a bit much but after watching these gentleman work, it was worth that and more. Food in the restaurant was great and the service was great as well. I ate in the restaurant and had room service and both were fantastic. Not only would I stay here again I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Downtown Atlanta area.Rooms: Overall just fantastic”

“Hands down the best hotel to stay at in midtown. Close parking, or you can valet. Exceptional concierge. They were sold out, but guests having to wait was kept to a minimum. Modern and luxurious. Our company was holding meetings there as well as staying there and the meeting room was professional and well decorated. It didn't feel like we were in a hotel meeting room. It had all the high-tech amenities as well as the well stocked consumables.Rooms: The rooms were beautifully and tastefully done. The bed was comfortable. The black-out shades perfect. Best I have slept in a hotel in years. Large restroom, well thought out design. And while I didn't partake, the in room bar had a great selection of items from the bottled water (Icelandic, it's the best) and sodas to the beer and spirits.Walkability: Being located in midtown, there are plenty of restaurant and bar options within walking distance.Food & drinks: The hotel restaurant and catering staff (meeting rooms) were top-notch. The menu options offered elevated cuisine and was served by staff who were professional and polite. The food was delicious.”

“My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived at the valet, the staff exhibited a level of genuine kindness and helpfulness that set the tone for an outstanding experience. Upon an early check-in, the bellman efficiently took care of my bags and guided me to a beautifully appointed room. The accommodations were not only luxurious but also meticulously clean, reaffirming the hotel's commitment to excellence.”

“We were there for dinner after watching Hamilton at the Fox Theater. The food was excellent, and the children's menu had something for my granddaughters. We're looking forward to our next outing.”

“Don't forget to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This website will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I'm sure!Another great stay at my good to hotel in Atlanta. It is since you locate it in Midtown. Customer service is excellent, from the front desk, valet, and house cleaning. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great restaurant to have food and also in upstairs terrace.”

“Truly one of the worst experiences.Transfer: you have to call, so if you don't have an American SIM, it becomes difficult. The service only leaves from the domestic terminal, but I'll tell you this later. So count about 1.5 hours for this blessed transfer.Rooms: hair on the bed, dust everywhere and a deafening noise of cars and planes. It seems that the glass is not there. It smells so bad, as we read from other reviews, as there is no opening window.Breakfast: a shame, not even worth commenting on. Among other things, it ends early in the morning, so find out carefully based on your flight.Staff: at the reception the most lazy person ever met by us who spend at least 150 nights in hotels a year. We really didn't understand why she was so unwell at 4pm when we arrived, only to then realize that her shift ended at 7am the next morning.Warning: they don't want to use contactless even with Google Pay and credit cards require a pin and not a signature here. For Europeans and other countries accustomed to using technology in a normal way, this can create many problems.Location: in the middle of the highway, the hotel has no restaurant. You can eat McDonald's (this one is horrible), Wendy's or Mexicans that don't exactly look inviting. We also had a reservation for the return trip from the Bahamas, but we canceled it and will sleep at the airport which is better.Rooms: Noisy and dirtyNearby activities: None!!!Safety: Low perceived security, but it could have been an impression, I don't know. It's probably just a very picturesque neighborhood of African AmericansFood & drinks: Only fast desolate funds nearby”

The plus was Ruth Chris restaurant right in the building…. Thank you folks!!!”

“We just spent the night on our way to our home to Florida. We chose Drury Morrow because of its close proximity to I-75 and being pet friendly (we have 2 kitties). I cannot say enough good about this place. We were greeted with smiles, the room was spacious and clean, and they feed you very well with free hot breakfast AND dinner! We mentioned the A/C was leaking cold water, soaking the carpet under it and under the desk. They said they were sorry and asked if we wanted to change our room. We declined since we were there just for the night. They said they would "comp" our room then. We told them that was really not necessary, that we just wanted to let them know so it could be fixed (and so they would know it was not our kitties fault...they had their own litter box which they both used). But the very kind lady at the desk insisted she comp our room! Now THAT'S customer service! 5 star all the way. ?”

When you go tell Charnice at front desk I said hello and I will be seeing her real soon me and the family!Nearby activities: Sweet Georgias Juke Joint 2 minutes away with great soul food and live music every night!Safety: I felt very safe and what a wonderful balcony with amazing view that was very safe and secure!Walkability: Oh it was an amazing restaurant lounge place with live music rt around corner in 2 minutes walking distanceFood & drinks: Nice restaurant lounge areas and don’t forget about the free amazing doubletree cookie at check in!Noteworthy details: Amazing location!!!!!!???”

“The front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The free breakfast was great. The uphill curve to get to the front entrance was a little tight with our trailer but there was room to park and possibly easier access from a adjacent lot. This was a perfect stop on our way to Disney World!Rooms: So many outlets and USB ports!Food & drinks: I loved the fluffy eggs, hot biscuits & gravy. The convenience stand was well stocked with snacks & microwave meals.”

“I really liked the overall quality of the room. I had a suite with a full kitchen, couch coffee table and bed which was more than enough space for me, too bad I didn't have guests. The couch was comfy, I felt right at home, and unlike most other hotels all the channels on the TV worked and there was so much variety for what to watch. The bed was big and comfy although the sheet and comforter were thinner than expected. Still very warm and cozy though. The blinds were easy to use and the windows were huge and took up most of the wall but there wasn't much to see in this case as my room was along the back/side. This hotel is right by the freeway so during certain hours you can hear loud performance cars but not so much when most of society is asleep. The tub was raised, which was odd, but the shower was easy to operate and the shower-head had multiple variations of flow - a pleasant surprise. I liked the thick and big towels compared to other hotels too. The hotel staff was kind and allowed me to choose the number of hotel keys which made things easier to keep track of. Parking was also a breeze and my things were safe for the one-night stay I was there. I would have given this hotel five stars but a roach scurried out from the tub area to under the sink cabinet when I turned on the light for my morning shower.”

“My wife and I don't get to travel much so when we do get away, it's so refreshing to stay at a hotel that you literally have no complaints about. The staff has been friendly and helpful, the food in the Sway Restaurant was phenomenal, and our room is amazing. We will definitely be staying at this hotel if we ever come back to Atlanta and obviously I highly recommend it to anyone else.”

“The rooms were very clean. Service was friendly and they served a complimentary breakfast in the morning. This was just an overnight stay so I didn't get to view the whole property.”

“If you are going to an event at State Farm Arena it's the perfect place. You never walk outside after you check in. The Omni employees treat you like royalty! Great rooms and beds are super comfortable.”

“If you are looking to book this hotel - JUST DO IT!! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, the service is great and the hotel smells absolutely amazing all throughout! The hotel manager even met me in my room upon check-in and brought gifts to help wish me happy birthday! I will definitely book this hotel again when visiting Atlanta!”

“This is a nice hotel in a good location in Atlanta. Front desk staff Brent and Rich were both SO helpful.Bar was incredibly expensive. $70 for 4 shots of whiskey. Bar tender also was not very friendly. Wish we had skipped having drinks here.Valet was “full” but then because we were only staying one night they magically found a space for us. Kind of inconvenient that parking is not guaranteed for guests with a reservation.Overall though, would recommend / stay again.”

“We had a late check in and the room key machine was rebooting so the woman at the front desk escorted us to our room and opened our door for us. She said that she would let us know when our room keys were ready. She gave our room keys to another guest and they entered our room while we were asleep! The other guest and I were equally upset and shocked and immediately brought it to the front desk’s attention. Her response was simply, “sorry”.The next day I went to speak with the day staff at the front desk to make a complaint about this incident and I was told by the young lady that the manager would contact me after they did the internal room key investigation. I never heard back from the manager. If you want your safety compromised then go ahead and stay here. If you value your life then go elsewhere.Safety: Not safe at all! Gave my room keys to a different hotel guest and she came into our room! Very irresponsible and no regard for safety.”

“Love the hotel vibe but be aware of possible loud music till 11 pm. Not sure if this is a daily thing but on the weekend it wouldn't be an issue. When we check in on a Thursday and had a very long travel day, the bass was thumping so loud I could feel it in our room. We were upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor but I think this was a bad choice. The room is great! It's by the rooftop bar and pool and has a balcony area. Service has been good. Asked for coffee in the room and they brought it. Just be warned about the loud music and pick your room accordingly. Checking in at the bar was a neat experience. They didn't offer happy hour. The lounge/lobby is very interesting and fun. Board games and cool places to hang out. You need to ask for a coffee pot and coffee when you check in.”

“Hard to find the entrance but once inside it was great! We came here to blow some time before going to the Fox. Drinks were great (wife ordered a mojito and I had a beer…no beer on tap here btw. Only cans). Cool vibe, great service. Ordered a quesadilla and it was great. Will definitely be back.”
