This is a place I lucked up and stumbled upon qhen I was in desperate need for an oil change. The 3 guys that work here are awesome, very friendly and will tell you anything you need to know about your car!! They give me great service on my car and great customer service. I feel like I've met these people before in another life! Great place to take your car.

Today I was at the end of my rope. Three days of driving my son around town for soccer practice and tournaments....and I ran out of gas right in front of Zaxx motorsports. The game was about ready to start and I was absolutely overwhelmed. I walked over to another company next-door to Zaxxs and asked if they had any spare gas I could purchase but they looked at me like I had 10 eyes and walked off. I had only six dollars in my purse. I was near tears and, let's just say it was a very bad week in general – the eight year anniversary of my best friend's death was yesterday. When all looked lost I walked over to Zaxx's and I met a nice man named Joe. I told him what had happened and he said “don't worry I've got what you nee. He calmed me down and brought out a gas canister then promptly filled my car with enough gas to get to the game and to a gas station. He told me that he wanted me to be safe and refused my money. Joe is an angel on earth and I would trust this man with just about anything. There are a few people that will do things just because they have a good heart. This man is one of them. I will not only give him my business in the future (I do need a new tire) but I will also recommend him to everyone. Honest people should be not only commended but celebrated. Faith in humanity restored. Thank you, Joe. You helped me more than you know. May only good things come your way :-)

I've known Joe and his dad for about 5 year and have tried to support black owned business. They are good people but their professionalism is horrible. It took me months to get my vehicle back from them. If you call they dont answer and always some reason why there not done. I went week after week being told they were going to get to me next. They didn't even start working on the vehicle till i told them i was coming to get it repaired or not and finally started working on it so not to lose out on the labor cost. And because it sat so long the vehicle is in worse condition then when i originally dropped it off. Worst mechanical experience of my life.

Im a single mother of 2 and they get that! Ive been coming here for two years. I almost took my car somewhere else ONLY because Ive moved recently and Zaxx is far from my house and the cost of uber to drop off and pick up would of been a bill. Biggest mistake ever! Glad I didnt let the other guys touch my car cause now im at Zaxx and he's told me everything I told the other guy that tried to screw me over. I never feel played and I always feel taken care of. Idc how much I have to pay uber I refuse to go anywhere else. Bring your car here and tell him Brandie told you 👌 Amazing service!

They did not fix my boyfriend's car at all. After going there, less than 10 miles down the road it broke down. They had the audacity to tell us to bring it back THEM to fix it. Spent the 3 hours getting it to my house. $1000 down and the car still doesn't run, do not come here

You stand a better chance with a toddler fixing your car. Rip off is not suitable enough for these liars. $3000 later 4 fuel pumps and a new computer. “I THINK!†Researched the problem myself and turned out to be a $99 distributor. Oh yeah also said I put diesel fuel in my car. IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!! Another fake fee for cleaning out the gas tank.

Took my Ford Taurus in because it was making noise I told both son and father that there was an compressor put on my car and that might be the problem I drove my husband car for the hold summer why would I need the air conditioning fixed and winter is coming this was told to both of them he looks at it and say your belt is soaked what did the guy spray on it I told him I just brought that belt he said I need a new one so and let him look at it I walk home. About an hour later there calling to get my car I get in and the ac is booming I didn't ask him to fix that get to the shop he's gone and his son is there with the bill of 139.99 I didn't here the noise so I thought he fixed it two weeks later the noise is back take my car back and told them it making that noise again I told him I didn't ask you to fix my ac I ask you to fix the noise you fixed what you wanted to fix, he check my car again and said my power steering pump needs replacing and something else and he came to me with a box in his hand saying oh you will be ok for a little while it made more noise and louder I called a friend of mine who knows about cars and let him listen to the noise these two gonna say how is he gonna tell you what wrong with your car over the phone they nerve they to try to double team me like I was stupid if you are the mechanic or technician my car been here twice and you still don't know what's wrong with it . And the reason the belt was wet was because my reservoir was cracked and leakingThe friend that's not the mechanic told me to go some where else and let them put it on the lift to see what's wrong with it stay tuned. With his raggedy mouth never again.RUN !!!!!!!!!
