i ordered rock incense products online from this company and they sent me very very bad grades of the products, they did not fully refund me my money. this is a very bad company, and dishonest. they don't deserve the 1 star.

I dont know what happened with this store, not sure if its new owners or not BUT the quality in their oils have dropped significantly. They need to revert back to the old suppliers or bring the lady back who always kept the quality oils around. I will no longer be spending money in this store.UPDATED response: Plenty of your fragrances have changed drastically in quality, not for the better. Just to name a few.- Dolce & Gabbana- Polo- Curve (oil used to have a yellowish tint to it & last a little over 24hrs. Now its a clear color & barely last 2hrs)- Nautica- CreedThese are just to name a few.

I have patronized this place since they were in the shopping center off of South Hairston and Rockbridge, with the nice lady and her husband, and I’ve always been satisfied. I purchased some burning oil about a month ago and the fragrance is absolutely repulsive. I tried various scents and they are horrible. Not sure if this is new management or what, because I have not seen the original owners in a while, but it is not the same. I will have to try another company unfortunately
