I have been a resident 2 years here now. Great quiet community. Only thing is the bugs and creaking floors that bothers me ( they could be worse but I keep my place clean, sometimes I see none so it varies) I just feel safe out here especially with my children. No matter the time of day it’s always quiet, no one hanging out in the streets or loud music ! My neighbors are all respectful ! They care who they let in that’s for sure and staff is always nice. Highly recommend if it’s your first apartment starting out which it was my first unexpectedly !

I lived here for 4 years and It was a fair experience overall. Maintenance is not as good as it used to be due to new management. Responses are good from management. It is a quiet area. It is not a gated community and Im glad to say I had no issues with car break ins. Fairly clean.

I can't wait till my leash is out. I'd never been to rush to get our apartment. Because you make stupid mistake like me. If I wasn't trying to get a house. I will just leave the apartment. But I don't want nothing to go on my credit. But believe me, you don't want apartment here. They make you pay all these fees and stuff. So you really think you're getting a nice appointment, huh?

Today I checked into Willow Lake. I really liked Kendra and Ryan, they picked up a great apartment option for me at an affordable price? They paid a lot of attention to me, helped me fill out the necessary forms and explained everything. The territory of the community is clean and beautiful, I hope to stay here for a long time?

I put in a work order on October 24 that still haven’t been taken care of but I keep getting these surveys saying they’ve been taken care of with the last company did not have to wait two months to get anything done and I don’t think that’s fair yeah, I want us to pay our rent on time but we can’t get our service and we pay a service fee that we are not Getting the outside of the apartments are trashed don’t nobody clean the walkways the breezeways the dumpsters are over for stuff just sitting out there and we never had this problem to the new company took over and as soon as I can find me somewhere else to go that’s where I’m going Thank you

Kendra was and continues to be amazing. She’s welcoming professional and answered all my questions without missing a beat. Highly recommend coming to her for any help. I haven’t signed a lease here yet, but plan on it simply because of her!

I have been living here for 3 years and I can say that it has been nothing but good and the new ladies they have in the office are amazing, just over all friendly and willing to help and take the extra step if they need to. If looking for a place call and talk to one of them or just stop on in.

I absolutely love the customer service and quick motion to assure that as a tenant and community we are happy and taken care of. They are honest as they are also open to suggestions for efficiency. I LOVE THAT! Makes it worth while for what I pay for as a consumer and tenant.

Nothing gets fixed my lease will be up before all the problems will be fixed. I asked for pest control in April. Got a email months later saying they won’t be able to come out this week. It’s September and they still haven’t came. KENDRA said upon moving in we have an amazing maintenance team. The maintenance team quit 2 months later. The only thing that they are consistent on is collecting rent everything else gets brushed under the rug. If you have a maintenance issue today I GUARANTEE it won’t get fixed until you pay rent again. It’s a roof over your head that’s it, kitchen ventilation sucks, electrical wiring issues, HVAC issues, my neighbor on the 3rd floor hasn’t had A/C in 6 plus months. Throw the whole staff away ?️. WHERE IS THE OWNER/INVESTOR????

Ms.Shantell the property manager is effective with communication and assisted me with any issues I had in my unit. She takes the initiative to make sure she does her part and your comfortable.Any issues I ran into she would always express empathy, and ask how she can help. I’ve never received empathy or concern with any other workers within the leasing office they would always give responses as if they didn’t care and lack communication. Thankfully there is a manager that is genuine.

Mrs.Kendra is just phenomenal and welcoming.She is definitely my go to person every time I walk in there.She’s friendly, understanding and most importantly when there’s need to be work done she’s on top of it.She remind me of my mom so much lol.She’s also the reason I renewed my lease I was ready to leave bc the pool is never open but you don’t find to many people like her (That actually care) in this world.

Wouldn’t recommend! Maintenance staff takes weeks to come and fix the simplest things . Common area charges added to your rent but can’t even access things such as the pool or gym. There’s a shooting almost every single night but there is no security nor any gates being put up . Just wouldn’t recommend this place especially to anyone with kids.
