Used to love this Kroger, but takes longer and longer to exit once done shopping. Often only one lane open or the option to scan for yourself with little room to do so, not to mention takes forever if you try with a large order- which is necessary at times due to the ridiculous line at the register. I know staffing is challenged these days, but a closer look at repurposing the staff may be in order to assist guests trying to shop in a tighter time frame. I avoid this location if I'm in a hurry.

Literally the least chaotic Kroger I've ever been to! The Starbucks employees here are super nice too

I've about had it with this store. It was super fantastic when it first opened and for many years after. As soon as the first manager left it has just gone downhill. They've stopped carrying a lot of my go to items. Now they've changed their hours again. At first it was open 24 hrs (I can understand the change from that), then it closed at 1am, then 12 am, now 11pm. I just got here thinking I had an hour, nope, closed.

I have shopped here for almost nine years. I realize that we are in a pandemic still, but the unqualified staff is getting to be too much to bear. It took me almost two hours for a trip that should've taken half the time. I bagged my own groceries. "Thing 1" watched me bag them and after they finished ringing them up stood there and watched me finish bagging my own damn groceries. I spent $180.00 and bagged my own groceries? "Thing 2" went to the butcher to ask for an Un-tagged chicken. He comes back and tells me it's $9.30 but has no price tag on it. Maybe it's just me but I don't buy un-tagged chickens. If I have to return it what then? Because I was tired of bagging groceries and looking at "Thing 1" while I bagged, I politely paid and took the chicken back to the butcher to ask for a tag. "Thing 3" took all of twenty minutes walking around like a chicken with his head cut off and informs me that he cannot find the price and that I had to pick another one. At this point I had to ask, "What is going on with this store?" It seems to be falling deeper and deeper in despair. I picked another chicken and waited another ten minutes (because "Thing 4" informed me that she had clocked out and the customer service desk was closed. Mind you this was the same one who refused to help and sent "Thing 2" (who was new) back to "Thing 3" to get the bogus price in the first place. A nice young man voided the bogus price off the ticket and rang up the new chicken that actually had a price. He took off $5.00 for the inconvenient wait. If it were not for him and Sangita who is excellent at customer service, I would quit shopping there all together. The Five Forks Trickum store is more organized. Maybe it's time to throw in the towel and buy everything from Publix. I rarely have any problems there. Kroger Rockbridge needs to do better!

The guys at MEAT. Wow! Fan f****** tastic. Bought some bacon and chuck. Delish. Guys in that dep... gotta get a actual raise. They know how to treat meat. Regardless of anything. I am not even from GA. Was seeing a friend in Buford. Needed some meat. The guys at this location had it. Some high level quality. Extraordinary.

Woman working at self checkout took forever to come help us and seemed much more concerned with talking to other employees and then stood in the doorway???? And they wonder why I prefer Publix

They're always super friendly and always willing to help. I've never met an employee that has an attitude and I've been going to this Kroger since 2016. I moved away around 2 years ago but I still drive 30 minutes to keep going back to this Kroger

Kroger's floral department has gorgeous affordable floral arrangements and bouquets. The total for both combined was $54. -only because I bought a filler green pack for 4.99.

I scheduled for a time between 1-2, which worked for me. They called at 12:30 to reschedule me to 3-4. Trying to work around my kids, I got here a little before 4 and all the spots were full (there's only 5 of them). I called a d was told I would just have to wait until something opened up. And the lady was rude on the phone, like it's somehow my fault they had to reschedule my order and then they only have 5 spots. I was polite to her. Strongly recommend AGAINST using this store for pickup.

What is going on at this Kroger location? I visited recently and was shocked at the overall attitudes of the employees. Overt rudeness, hostility and a definite racial attitude towards white customers. Any organization's people will take cues from their leader, and the management at this store is failing spectacularly. Hey - Kroger upper management - this store needs a new leader that can instill positivity in the workers and who will step in to correct this shabby employee behavior where customers are being actively alienated based on their race. This type of hostile environment will keep customers from returning. Based on my own experience, I will not visit this location again. I will spend my money where the employees appreciate all customers - not just the ones that share their skin tone.

Great customer service by Edward the Manager Edward. Not only did he escort me to the Vegan Cheese section, but he also persuaded me to try another Vegan Cheese brand...the store's generic brand...I'm hooked. Funny thing, my normal go-to cheese was sold out due to the Owner of Trend Urban Cafe clearing out the inventory a few minutes before me. No wonder I like those Vegan Burgers & thanks to Edward's assistance & suggestion I have a new cheese to my liking. Side note, the first employee I asked didn't know where the Vegan items were, however, I appreciate how he stopped stocking to go find someone who did. One of the cleaner Krogers I've shopped at.

I was in this store today and have usually had an excellent experience. Today, my experience was concerning. The employees in the store stood around instead of helping me, not to mention--they did not honor the 6 feet social distancing rule. One employee was in such a rush to close my self-checkout that he closed the terminal before my receipt printed and stood very close to me --so close that I asked him to step back. Next, as I was waiting on my receipt to print, and another employee let out two loud sneezes and didn't cover his mouth. This is not the time for people to be laughing and joking around, especially when people are shopping at your stores during this difficult time. This store is not taking the Coronavirus public health crisis seriously, so I recommend going elsewhere.

Welcome to my review. This is a very good Kroger when it comes to having stock. They rarely ever run out of anything. It is hard to find help or navigate in some aisles. The signs on the top do not tell us much, but that's all Kroger's. This Kroger is fairly clean. The bakery is pretty large as well. The parking lot is fairly large. It is located in a plaza, with another small plaza next door. It has few near by shops and restaurants. There is a Starbucks inside this Kroger. There is a Kroger gas station next door. The prices are hard to tell since they removed the price signs on Five Forks Road. I recommend this Kroger over many other Kroger's. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
