Slowest bank I've ever experienced. One drive thru lane open & only one teller on inside.The people in the office cubicles will come out to speak to help progression & frustration of all the waiting customers. Service isn't a top priority here at this location.

Wow. Beyond AMAZING customer service. I had received a stipend scholarship check, that took approximately four days to have processed and cashed out. Ms. Dot, along with Legacy and one other young lady (she is Latino, so I forgot her name, I believe it was Emily!) had provided the BEST customer service. Ms. Dot was very thorough, followed every protocol to safely ensure that the check was processed accurately. Each day that I came into the building, everyone was helpful and explained to me each time was needed to be done and to ensure the process was done efficiently. I do not bank with wellsfargo, but this experienced has certainly opened my mind up to coming back to this specific branch to open an account. By far the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thank you again ladies, for diligently working with me for the past week!

I’ve tried giving this branch several chances after living around here for a few years. And it’s always the same. Drive thru is always closed, lines are always long and sometimes for no reason. One example I can give is when I was going in there to ask for a direct deposit form for a new job. A lady made me wait in line for almost 30 min and when I got to the desk, I was told I didn’t have to wait, they could’ve just handed me the paper! Lol I made the line longer for no good reason and this keeps happening.

Nonsense location. Horrible. Went inside at this branch waiting for a teller to assist. Myself and one other customer waiting. Branch manager came after 10 minutes of waiting and said the one teller they had working today had an emergency and had to leave, therefore no one could make deposits for customers. Huh??? A bank that can't accept customers' money? This was a first! AND after all that, I was told I couldn't even make my deposit because it wasn't my account. I put my personal check in this account at this same branch last month and also every other month at other Wells Fargo branches. It has never been an issue. You cannot deposit cash into someone else's account per policy. Checks are fine. I guess this is the problem when you try to bank in the hood! Will never use this location again. Lesson learned.

Poor customer service and horrible stuffs only, they don't know what they are doing. Act like professionals but don't know nothing , I wish a could give them a half star rate.

The service provided by the bankers at this particular branch is extremely unsatisfactory. One of the representatives who attended to my mom and me was extremely impolite and uncooperative. Despite the fact that the branch was capable of addressing our request, she advised us to contact customer service instead. As my mother has limited proficiency in English, the representative was very impatient and dismissive towards her, without even attempting to understand her request. In the end, she suggested that we schedule an appointment and return at another time, claiming that our request would be too time-consuming, even though it was only a little past 4 pm. She did not even offer to help us schedule the appointment. The level of customer service at this branch is appalling, and it is tarnishing Wells Fargo's reputation. This situation needs to be rectified.

My first trip to this location. I applaud the staff welcoming & polite tone. The bank manger at least asks if you need assistance. She even helped banker with process transactions to keep people moving. 5 people ahead of me I was out in 10 minutes or less. Thank you for being here during the holiday season!

Don’t even know why these employees work here! Please get new management, cashiers sit in the back laughing at how long the lines be, watching the other guy work alone clearly he is new and needs help. Huge L

This branch is a joke!! Waited over an hour in line for the teller, while waiting a lady walked over asking what I needed assistance with (I assume this is the branch manager) told her I needed to make a withdrawal, she provided a withdrawal slip to fill out while waiting. Once I get to the teller she walks over and says I have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get money from the back because it takes two people to retrieve the amount I am trying to withdraw. Mind you there are other bankers in the branch as well just sitting around. So i can’t understand as to why that was not done while i was waiting in line. I was not the only one waiting, there were at least 7 people behind me not counting the ones who left that could no longer continue to wait. This made me so upset I just had to leave before i lost it in there because lord knows I would have made a whole scene in there. Our times are valuable as well and would really appreciate if they are more hands on helping instead of just sitting around doing nothing. I don’t think there should be over an hour wait time if more bankers would just help out.

Poor customer service no bankers at all if you go to there to do any business! How come a big financial institution has only one banker for a bunch of people? On top of that they require you to have an appointment? This is absurd!

Kareema is Awesome with that beautiful smile and personality. She's always friendly and in a good mood. She wished me a happy birthday when most bankers don't pay attention to that. That brightened my day!
