The pharmacist in this store seems to be incorporating her own laws, And refuses to adhere to fed rules,
She ONLY allows scripts to be picked up 30 days from the prior pick up date and not the prescription date. I will be transferring next months scripts, just because it took 10 days to get my order in from the day of my doc sending in. Now she makes it difficult as I am have to make extra trips, I was out of my script for 10 days; And when it happens again I won't have the backup, I get all my scripts on the same day. Next month I go back to CVS. No wonder the store is empty every time I go in.
Corporate might need to address the head pharmacist immediately. Walgreens knows better. That is the pharmacist and the store is hurting from it. I would not be surprised if it closed. Walgreens need to check their stores more effectively.
I usually love Walgreens and moved and this is the closest store. Corporate consider this my notice,
When I told CVS the pharmacist
tried to steal my script. CVS was in next day cleaning house.
Walgreens... Do you care?
Too bad we can't zero this place. I see this issue has been ongoing for years. Every time I go in I am the only person in the store. CVS is killing it. Now I see why.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone in the pharmacy department is incompetent. the employees in the pharmacist and pharmacy techs has the worst customer service in all of Walgreens history. They do not feel prescriptions on time they never correctly do their inventory because they never have the things that you call for even if they tell you trucks have just arrived . they never have any clear information all the information they provide is a text message will be sent to your phone which is never done

On 10/18/23 I stopped in to drop off a prescription around 4:30pm and was originally given an estimate of around 7:30 before it would be ready. After looking around for 5-10 minutes, they called my name saying it was ready for pickup.Thank you to the pharmacist on duty who was nice enough to fill it on the spot and thank you to Tiffany who was very kind and helpful.

Location needs to be shut down. Employees give you the run around. I express paid for my prescription the charge is on my card when my husband went to pick up my prescription with the QR code he was Still charged for my prescription even though I paid in advance. Called them to get either a refund on my card or to get the cash refunded that my husband paid every body in the entire store gives you run around and puts you on hold. It’s not like they’re working in a corporate office it’s not that hard to transfer a call from the front of the store to the pharmacy. This isn’t the only problem I’ve had with them. The last time I went a young man was clearly on something when checking me out. I was instructed to show my ID no problem. When I did the young man asked me to make the same face I had on my drivers license. Confused I said this is my face I’m not sure how making a stern face is going to prove this is me. He then proceeded to tell me that it was a new policy in GA when you have to be 21 to purchase something. No where I have been since has asked me to do these absurd things. I will be having all of my prescriptions transferred from this location and I will gladly drive a hour just to go back to a pharmacy that has never taken advantage of me.

Spent 20min on hold, waiting for to speak to the pharmacist about a possible drug interaction with my script and then the call disconnected. I called back and spent 5 more minutes on hold. Guess I’ll never get my question answered.

I’m leaving here pretty upset. Today is my sons 21st birthday and we ordered a canvas poster and my wife got the notification that it was done, and ready for pickup. I go after work to pick it up only for them to tell me that they do not have the glossy paper needed to complete the canvas. I’m upset be this is not right that the store is completing the orders in the system to look good for corporate but wasting the customer’s time.
