One of favorite stores, Its undergone alot of changes recently but the core staff that is still there is one of the main reasons I still come. Mark is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and He is always saying Hello first to me everytime. The pharmacy is great when Sonal is working, She is one of the best and I always get great service when Ivana or Lakesiha are onsite.

I was waiting a week for my son's antibiotic Rx to be filled (there were delays due to insurance...not Walgreens' fault). My issue is that when insurance refused to fill the liquid form, and would only pay for pill form, Walgreens just canceled his Rx order. They didn't even bother to notify me. This is for an ANTIBIOTIC. They don't see sick people. They only see dollar signs.

This store has a worker who offers bad customer service, I was visiting the store for three days in a row to take some passport photos and the employee did not want to take my photo, every day he told me a different excuse, clearly his intention was not to serve me, and not do your job. If you don't like dealing with people or are racist, just don't be in a place where you will serve many people daily. very bad service and bad attention in this store by this employee. Because it is the store closest to my home I always come here and other people serve me, some very attentive and friendly girls, it is the first time I have been served by this person and I was 3 days there, I trusted him, in what he told me initially but I realized that he never wanted to do his job and take my photos. In the end I was in another store and it was totally different, excellent service.

It’s often those that have a bad experience. Jhazjmin was extremely helpful. Very patient. Great visit. RXs are usually handled very quickly and orderly. Checking out with the quick pass on app is helpful too!

They canceled my parents COVID vaccine appointment last minute because the person administering the vaccine left in the morning. I had scheduled it days prior. Why even offer it, if the person won’t even be there in the afternoon? How IRRESPONSIBLE and careless! Don’t offer appointments if you’re just going to leave mid day and leave everyone with their appointments made!

This store is nice and clean but customer service is horrible from both the store and pharmacy. First they had Scott's paper towel on sale with 2 signs saying it's sale sitting by the door when you walk in(pictures attached). I get to the register it's no longer on sale.I took a good look at the sign and I don't see an expiration date for the sale.I asked why and she said you doesn't know smh. Second my doctor put my prescriptions in, I arrived there 30 minutes later at around 1:45pm, told me they're going on lunch and to come back at 2:15pm. I drove all the way to Atlanta and back at 3:45pm and still not ready and needed another 15 minutes. And you will literally stand there 10-15 minutes and they walk by and don't acknowledge you. There is little no urgency from one that works here. You've been warned!I would choose another pharmacy if I were you.

This is for the pharmacy only. I have to pay cash even though I have Blue Cross Insurance, They did not bother to check the insurance, i called the insurance they told me to go back and the store will refund you the receipt amount. I took the receipt to the store, but the manager said he could not find it on his computer, I told him i have the print out receipt, i bought the medicine from her it is on the receipt, he refused to refund me. He is a lair and dishonest person. AVOID AVOID

This is for the pharmacy only. I take a life saving medication, it's expensive but my insurance covers it. I have been getting this medication from this Walgreens for a year. Every month I get a message that medication is delayed. Every month the same message. What is wrong with this pharmacy? Do they not have a automatic ordering system to anticipate their customers needs? After this month delayed 4 days I'm going to another pharmacy. The pharmacist doesn't run her pharmacy very well.

I was in dire need for a pharmacy to flavor my 2 year old daughters amoxicillin prescription. We had it filled at CVS due to the availability of hours, but CVS not longer flavors antibiotics and her doctor said ANY pharmacy would do it, Publix unfortunately was out so we called Walgreens pharmacy, the individual who picked up had an attitude with me and after expressing the hopelessness I felt because my daughter wouldn't take the meds, she left me on hold. I stayed on hold and drove up there, only to find they put me on hold and went to lunch. I was disgusted by this, and spoke to a manager who couldn't help me until they come back from lunch in 30 minutes... I was livid, went to Kroger and they added the flavor with NO problem.
