This post office marked my government issued document as delivered while I never received nor in the mail box nor at my door step. I tried following up but they are doing nothing about it. Pathetic!!

If you’re getting a new passport, a renewal, or filing a lost/damaged passport, don’t come here!! Go to Midtown (Mr. Ron is wonderful) or go to FedEx. Don’t come here, not a great experience with Ms. Diane!!

For some reason they completely stopped delivering my mail, including items related to voters registration. I see the items photographed in Informed Delivery, and they claim they don’t have them. This only started happening within the last few weeks, so very concerned with the upcoming election and sensitive pieces I need to receive. Supervisors and employees also give you the run around when trying to speak with anyone.

Rude and Smart Mouth and The clerk refused to look for my package. She was so Aggressive...for no reason...like it's 830 in the morning..you just opened and you treating people nasty and mean already...
Will be contacting Inspector General...

Horrible place to go. I made an appointment for passport , drove for 20 min and the clerk told me they were short staff and we had to go somewhere else.
She was rude and careless.

I went to post office where my package should have been held because it was not in my mailbox or rent office I got notification saying held at post office I went to post office spoke with Diane she has grey hair an is very rude I told her my package was not there she had me fill out a form I took a picture of my form an she told me I could not do that I asked to speak with manager an she told me NO!!!!!! I told her I will stand here until one is available my very expensive aligners are in that package an they act like it’s the last thing on their list to help customers Diane was not helpful rude an acted like it was not her issue nor was I helped by a supervisor.

I give it one star because if I could, I wouldn't give it any. I made an appointment for a passport. I arrived half an hour early and he told me that he couldn't answer me because he called me and I didn't receive any call. I arrived at all.

BEWARE of the elderly big African American woman with grey sister locs. I would AVOID her at all costs. Every 1star review I see is of this same old lady that works at this location is tru. She’s very disrespectful and plain ol RUDE for absolutely NO reason at all to every hard working paying tax citizen that walks up to her desk for help. When I was in line waiting, I witnessed her humiliate each customer like it was a joke to her. She’s needs to retire already ! I believe her name is Diane. She’s not hard to miss.

After waiting in a line patiently. I get 2 the counter 2 b told the masking tape that I used, couldn't be used anymore. And that I would have 2 buy the tape there. That would have been fine. My package had a reprinted label so I ask could she scan it so I could just hand it back 2 her after taping. The clerk said no. Didn't mind stepping 2 the side 2 put the 1 piece of tape that it needed.
The wait at the post office is already long, then 2 be held up again, why she couldn't scan it and then let me step aside tape and go, I don't kno.

Do go here for passport it was a waste of time. The person who does never call me and cancelled my kids Passport appts. I guess after reading reviews I should have went somewhere else.

Diane aka DEMON, is the worst clerk ever! She is always rude and aggressive each and every time I come to that post office, no matter who is in front of her. At one point she was transferred to another location and service was better, why on earth would you all bring her back?? You can not be that desperate for workers! Please hire ppl with customer service skills and a professional attitude. She is definitely the reason why this location is continuing to get awful ratings. Someone needs to do something about her work ethics!! Diane's name should really be DEMON!!
