if i could give 0 stars i would. the employees here are so rude and they think they can say whatever to customers. (i have names of employees, time stamps, dates, and evidence)
but i recently made a visit to the usps office here to check my package (which was misshipped from this usps office) and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE and most humiliating thing i could ever encounter.
No one but me in there… so i get to the counter and i let her know im there to check a misshipped package (which has the correct address on the box but usps never verified before shipping so the employee typed the wrong address into the system). so i explain the situation. and she says “why would the package be here” not given enough time to respond she asks “where is here” i let her know that i just wanted to track it and asked for her help since this is where the misinformation occurred in the first place. she asks again “ where is here” and i said this office and she said “you’re not talking about here, we don’t do that” i asked her what did the office not do. she replied they do not ship or deliver from there. so i start to make a phone call and she says “you need to go to this usps” and she hands me an address to the usps 7 minutes away. so i grab the address and i have another box to ship out and as im placing it on the scale she states that “this should’ve been done before even getting to the counter”. btw the box was packed and all it needed was tape to close the top(this usps store is NEVER stocked, so that’s a bit hard to do when there’s no shipping labels for the address or tape available). i proceed to apologize and ask for tape. i don’t want any more issues so i stayed as calm and respectful as i could so i didn’t have another ‘misship’ occur. she tells me that the tape is “over there” and that next time i need to write the address directly on the box (when i came to ship the first time a different lady told me it MUST be on the sticker label you get from the usps and not directly on the box itself ) so clearly the employees need re training bc something isn’t adding up. … anyways i get the tape and i tape the box and i bring it back to her and she said “now you can take all the tape off bc you did it wrong”. no guidance just straight attitude, i WISHED I GOT THIS ON CAMERA. i was mind blown at the way this lady handled. so instead of going out of my way to take all that tape off, i grab another box (i could take the used box home to recycle and use for another package). this same employee shouts ‘uhnt uhn this box is still good you can use this’. atp i let the lady know im going somewhere else for my business.
my next question is who can i contact about this bc i know this lady works at a couple different offices in the area i have to use. no way USPS is allowing this type of behavior

There is an African American lady at the front desk with the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She was on the defense mode as soon as I walked in till I left. I got back to the car and looked at the mirror to be sure I was looking like a human being.

Giving a 5 star merely based on this particular experience. Mrs. Valerie was extremely helpful in helping me find a shipping solution that was hindering my business.
She took her time and explained thoroughly options I've never been told. Very pleased, hoping to continue getting good service.

Extremely bad Customer service that I ever seen in My life . The lady at the front desk always rudes with every customers every times I been here. because of It’s right next to my work that’s why I normally come here to sending stuffs but this will be my last time ever . I rather to drive extra some miles to not ruining my day of seeing her madly Wish there is a 0 star so I could give it to her for her review. I don’t know why she still working there after so many bad reviews. The Post Office Management should do something since theirs employees treat the customers like an ENEMY who comes to pay for the service not asking for FREE

The lady at the counter was so rude and really just carried herself as someone that hates her job. In the middle of servicing me she got on her personal cell phone and started yelling at someone that was apparently trying to buy her lunch. I will never return to this location

ebony energy was not welcoming she acting like she didn't want to help anyone I went up there today to see what's going on with my mail and she basically pushed me on Valerie because she didn't have the answers to my questions or ask if I was ignoring her she has ugly attitude and an ugly wig she need to get up out the office cuz it's too many reviews on Google that's about her Maybe she needs to use the oil from her wig to massage it on her attitude because she need to loosen the hell up

The "lady" at the counter has the most terrible attitude, no professionalism whatsoever. I have experienced her on more than one occasion. She literally has no manners and acts as if she is irritated. I wonder why she has the job interacting with the public.

I visited this post office location today to send a priority package. I made sure to approach the counter once my mail was completely sealed and addressed as the sign on the counter stated. While in the lobby, a gentleman who was cleaning up noticed my military hat and graciously acknowledged my service, he also informed me he served in the military also, to which I thanked him for his service as well.However, when I reached the counter, the representative's demeanor came across as rather unenthusiastic and robotic. Her energy seemed disinterested, even though I was the only customer present at the time. Despite this not being my usual post office near my residence, I wouldn't choose to return to this location. The experience left me feeling that the level of customer service was lacking. I'm not expecting an extravagant performance, but a genuine display of care for customer service would have been appreciated.

I went into the post office today on 6/29. I just need to get postage stamps so when I went in there, I didn’t see nobody but I saw a lady come out. I smiled at her and asked her how much you all US postage stamps are and she triggered off and snapped on me. she said who is you all I said the poster service I told her I was talking to my mom about we don’t even know how much the post stamps where and we wanted to know how much you all charge. I told the lady I’m sorry I was just asking a question she asked me did I have $.65 instead of the five dollars I gave her because she didn’t have change and I told her I don’t have that but I’ll pay with my card and I guess she cashed me out and she said nevermind forget it don’t worry about it. I never been treated bad at the Postal Service but it made me not want to go to that no more I try to find out who I could talk to about how she treated me. It is very hard to find out who I can talk to about this from the Postal Service , so I felt like I should put this on the rating review.

everytime that i’ve moved, i’ve had my address changed using my work permit ID (which is also a valid form of ID for immigrants). Not only did the fat girl with the mask big lashes and short hair deny my family service but she was utterly disrespectful to them. just because you come across an immigrant family who can’t speak english too well does NOT mean you can talk to them in anyway you want. She didn’t want to scan the barcode in the back because she isn’t used to using different forms of ID and acted like as if a work permit can’t be accepted. A miserable seeming employee like her will only continue bringing bad reports to this location. Immigrants are people too, she constantly cut us off when we tried to explain that another lady that works there was able to scan it last time. She could’ve called and asked for help but instead she dismissed my family like they don’t know what they’re talking about. I won’t tolerate that, it’s not our fault she’s that old still working at a USPS office for a living. Be respectful to your customers, even if you don’t know how to do something, you can suggest other ways we can go about it or call someone for help.

I have prevously noticed delays when going to this location but that last one was ridiculous. I dropped a package on June 25th 2022. The package was accepted 9 days later in the database. Lets Save the struggle, just close that location!!!
