Had to ship out several awkwardly shaped, delicate family heirlooms after family passed, was dreading having to get it all handled. Mohammad was able to give me a quick understanding of how expensive this job would be and gave me a call a few hours once it was done so I didn't have to waste time sitting at the store. Packing was A+, everything was done very tightly packed and properly buffered. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I have no fears my items will make it without damage. Mohammed even stayed over an hour late to make sure everything looked good to us and helped us get the best price possible, unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Have no fears sending complicated shipping jobs Mohammad's way!

I visit this store regularly for shipping needs, Amazon returns, and notary services. What I appreciate most about the service provided is that the team members are courteous, knowledgeable, professional and offer quick services, even with the store is busy. As a small business owner, it's wonderful to know that they're available to support me. I highly recommend this UPS store.

I came to this UPS store with Amazon returns and 2 large boxes to ship. Muhammad was extremely patient with me and even helped me downsize my boxes which saved me money on shipping cost. I am extremely thankful for his knowledge and patience.

On Sunday, I went to the UPS store # 6094. I needed to send a mail to NYC. Mr. Nizam noticed a major problem with the address. He politely mentioned that to me. I double checked and fixed it. I am so thankful to him. I appreciate his kindness and generosity.
