“I had literally driven for over 30 minutes looking for a place to put air in my tires. 2 different QTs had broken equipment. K's TireCare checked my tire pressure and put air in all of my tires in the rain, with a smile and well wishes for the day. I highly recommend them!”
“I am really big on Customer Service and being polite Susana was amazing. I called because I needed new rims and tires and lets just say I was not amused because at this point I had called and went to every tire place in the area. Everyone else was saying your tires will take 2 -3 days etc. She explained I could come and have everything done same day. Manuela(hope I spelled that correctly) went to get my tires and rims. I was out pretty quickly. Even though there was a person before me. I sat in the office and we chatted like old friends. I am grateful I found them because from now on they will be my people. My new rims are beautiful and my tires are great. Happy to have found them would recommend anytime. Keep in mind if you want nice rims you will pay for them. the selection of rims is chefs kiss.Please never get rid of Susana she is so lovely and I am so grateful to have experienced someone who actually likes their work and people. “An engine tune up was performed. Spark plugs were supposedly changed. My car was sounding and shaking worse than before. No engine diagnostic was performed because apparently the tech wasn't there. I went to get an engine diagnostic from Orielley's and found out that I need coils. My vehicle is not safe to drive. I did not get advised by the service manager. When I paid I was just told I still needed an engine diagnostic. Nothing else. Poor service. A waste of money and I still have a problem. Very unhappy and feel ripped off.
***UPDATE***
The area manager saw my review and had the employee that I complained about contact me, which was great. I really appreciated that. When I went back Terrell was the service manager/advisor. He took very good care of me and had the proper repair done. He also advised me on what I needed to do going forward. My car ran 10x better. He was very helpful. The 2nd experience was great. I would recommend this location when Terrell and his staff are working. And Kudos to the area manager for reading the reviews!”
