My wife and I both have been letting Gwen prepare our taxes for a few years now. We’ve even referred her to family members and she does their taxes as well. She always gets us taken care of in a short amount of time and she is very knowledgeable about taxes and keeps up with the latest updates/new rules and regulations. She’s professional and trustworthy, which is hard to find in people that prepare taxes. That’s why we keep coming back, year after year!

Came all the way from Columbus, OH as a newbie 3yrs ago for Xpert Tax to do my taxes. When I tell y’all the customer service is top tier, the tax services has always been prompt, thorough, and sufficient. Gwen goes above and beyond for us as clients and I’m so grateful. Every year she send emails and do live videos with tax advice and tax updates. Thank you Xpert Tax so much for making my tax year a breeze each year!

Gwen and her team are the best hands down. Gwen has been doing our taxes for the past 4 years , she is very knowledgeable and knows all the ins and out of pertaining to taxes. She doesn’t cut any corners and if you want your taxes done and done right, I highly recommend Gwen and her team.

My mother in law referred me to Gwen 3 years ago and I have not turned back . She is so professional and easy to work with and let me not forget that I don’t even have to go into the office to have my taxes filed because she offers virtual services !!! Even with her being overwhelmed and overbooked she still gets back to you in a timely manner and I ALWAYS get my taxes back on time without any issues . She’s smart and knows her stuff plus she’s honest and keeps it real. She has definitely earned a forever customer cause I’m not letting anyone else touch my paperwork !! Omg! This has been the best ever. I had filed with Jackson Hewitt all my life but thank god for Kinyetta. She wasted no time in consulting me. She always keeps me up to date with tax information and advises me in all financial ways. She is quick, effective, respectful, polite, caring, trustworthy, & most importantly dependable. She is one of the best at Xpert Tax Services. Ms. Gwen hosts Tax Talks throughout the year at which when I shared the talk, my friends from MS were saying thanks because other tax businesses were giving them the runaway. I recommend any and all to go to Xpert Tax ServiceWhen I tell you this lady Ms Gwen is the goat on getting you your refunds back and more on timeand this my first time going to her this year 2021/2022 not only did I get my Refunds back fast.
