My experience upgrading my phone at this location was going well… until it didn’t. I was given one price, and ended up being charged a completely different amount. Ended up having to call customer care to get credited for their mistake. Also, you can tell they want to push the promotions on you (I’m assuming they receive commission), and that’s cool. But when you don’t even fully understand the promotion and you’re quick to enroll me in it, that concerns me. Was too much confusion. However, I was fully able to understand my new plan after calling customer care. I will not be returning to this location.

First let me start by saying I have been with T Mobile 12 years. This T Mobile is terrible everytime I go in there but this visit that I have been subjected to by proxy has been the absolute worst. First , T Mobile kept telling me that I qualified for a "FREE" watch phone ( i watch or Samsung ) even calling me back to see if I had made up my mind yet. So I decided to get a Samsung watch for my brother who has a birthday Jan 17. Mind you I ordered the watch Dec 28, 2023. My brother decided to upgrade his phone and when I was on the phone with T Mobile about his phone they offered to ship the phone . He asked if going into the store would be simpler , to which I warned NOT REDAN ! He went anyway and ended up staying in that store 3 hours (listen to your sister) and did not accomplish anything. He stayed so long they gave him a credit for the terrible service. He went back the next day and low and behold he upgraded his phone and came back with a Samsung watch ! Even though Antonio clearly could see (according to T Mobile ) we had just ordered a Samsung watch. My brother wanted to keep the second line he ordered from T Mobile Redan so I got on the phone to cancel the one I got from Customer care (Gold Watch). Return was done in minutes and they immediately sent me a shipping label. I went into T Mobile Redan and all I need to do is change the black watch to gold and here we goooooooo. Day 1, The sales crew went straight into .............. Where is your reciept? What day did you get it? You may not be able to get the gold watch! It comes in Gold? That does not look like Gold to me ? Lord , I made the mistake to bring the Gold watch with me and they got totally distracted with the Gold watch. I finally got them back on track and then excuses , even with their deceptive sale they wanted to charge me a 40.00 restocking fee ! I said no I will call T Mobile and get that straight. And I did ...... sort of.... T Mobile did give my account a 20.00 towards a 40.00 restocking fee. Day 2, I go back in and try to get the exchange done. This time the agent tells me in the middle of the sale , I need your credit card. Of course ,my card has been compromised and I am waiting for a new one. The new card came today and I went back, Day 3 Now the manager just walked out that they need to process the exchange....of course. I was told to come back tomorrow. UGH! Antonio's explanation, I saw the other watch but I thought that you COULD have been buying it for someone else ! How did I know .... maybe because on this account there are 2 phones .... iPhone and Samsung and one watch Samsung. Maybe that is how...... but to make me come back a fourth day is bad business T Mobile to a customer who had been with you for 12 years. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU GO INTO THE REDAN T MOBILE YOU WILL GET CAUGHT UP OR TRICKED !!!!!!! And when I tried to call TMobile from inside the store of course the system was done and the AI man could not pull up my account ! Go to T Mobile at Stonecrest. Beware !

they are very helpful & funny lol they all have kind attitudes, im happy they weren’t bothered i wanted to return a phone i just went up there and got the next day bc i decided i wanted the lastest version lol. thank yall .

I just want to say thank you toIsaiah wish is the manager and his team worker Territta for the help they gave us when we was down they found a way to fix everything they are very caring people they take they job very seriously which is a good thing I will say if anyone in need of help getting anything from t-mobile go to them they will help you I feel like they deserve more then a ten cause I am very satisfied with they service ? God bless

Customer service is absolutely trash. Stood there and listened to the two female employees talk about their personal lives and not one came to help me. Another customer walked in after me and was help while I waited.

Ok here I go! I was with metro! I came in and talked to Tamisha She mad my move to them with ease. She understood what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Since Tamra has come on board at this location I have seen this location come up from a zero to a 10 since she has been there

My phone died in the middle of my work day and wouldn’t charge anymore. It was a huge inconvenience because I use my phone frequently for work. I left work with my bosses permission to get a new phone thinking that it would be a quick thing to take care of. It ended up taking about 3 hours because of how my account was set up years again ( my phone was like 5 years old lol so I new I needed to upgrade soon). Justin the store manager, Lou and Kevin were so helpful and did not give up trying to complete this process for me! I’m so appreciative because my phone is my lifeline! They must have talked to like 10 different people in different departments to help me. Some would hang up or stop talking after a while or just seem not to know how to help. Hats off to them if they have to deal with the T-Mobile “help desk” for employees. I don’t often take the time to write reviews but I just want to say I had a good experience and thank you for helping me <3

Update: this review was fake. The sales rep that assisted me, Kayla, wrote this herself using the new phone I bought that day.??♀️ That is not ok especially because she forgot to give me the SIM cards and I had to go back to the store. I didn’t really mind that but I mind her posting unauthorized fake reviews using other people accounts.“Thank you Kayla , your customer service was amazing beautiful”

After calling this store for my REPLACEMENT TABLET, A gentleman identified himself as the Manager, and I explained the reason for my call, he said Did u receive ANY TEXT from T-Mobile ?? I said No he said well it's not here. I said u have not asked my information r u sure it's not there he said No. I said ok I'll call the office and find out he said ok. Now I have had som1 from the office to call the store and the rep. Said their manager is off for the day !!Hmmm, and she do not have a key lock to check in the computer for my info. I AM VERY SURPRISED WITH THE SERVICES I HAVE RECEIVED BEING A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15YEARS FROM PAY AS U GO TO BILLING, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE. I WILL GO TO THE STORE 2DAY AND C WHAT HAPPENS. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. WAS THERE A MANAGER ON DUTY OR DOM1 MISREPRESENTED HIMSELF OR WAS HE OFF. HMMMMM THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. Y????
