Evelyn is the BEST. I walked into the store yesterday frantic because my phone finally told me enough was enough and wanted to move on to its next life. As a graduate student whose phone is her lifeline, I thought life was over, but then came Evelyn; she went above and beyond to help me choose a great phone suited to my lifestyle and helped me transfer all my stuff while I attended my Zoom class in the store – she was very patient, friendly and eager to help. THANK YOU, EVELYN! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Customer service needs improvement. Best practices are NOT prioritized. Needed to replace my phone and was told my contacts and photos were backed up and the person who set my phone up decided the info to come over via the cloud versus use the app side by side access which is quicker and more complete. Contacts did not come over so I returned to the store and I asked if there’s a way to retrieve my contacts and was told no. After me standing there in disappointment and asking several times he then gives me a solution for Gmail contact save. The work less attitude is definitely a real thing here at this store.

Had to get a new phone because at the end of the year my Samsung s8+ will no longer work on some of my apps in 2024.I decided to get the Samsung s23 ultra. There was no promotions or discounts available for me that I liked so I had to pay full price of $1199.99. There was a $35 device connection fee that I was not made aware of and tax of $98.80. The total cost of the phone was $1333.79. My phone had to be ordered and I was not given a receipt. I was told I would see it in my email. After seeing the bill on my email, I called Tmobile (611) to ask about the connection fee and they said everyone pays an upgrade fee. I asked do you usually tax the upgrade fee? The Tmobile representative claimed that I was not but unfortunately she was incorrect. Hopefully my phone gets delivered today and I can visit the Tmobile store. Everyone in the store was nice but I wished they gave me a receipt that night when I purchased it. Hopefully they will be nice when I tell them to transfer my data to the new phone.

If you need an honest and professional opinion on phones, ask for Kenny. He is knowledgeable on iPhone and Samsung ambassador.
