Not a great feeling, I don't trust these people. While attempting to register my daughter for pre-k, I was asked to provide certain documentation via email. Welp I've done so and NO ONE RESPONDED (it's been a week). I am very concerned, I don't know if they have unethical behavior. A simple response to my email that contained secured documents would have been nice. Their lack of communication is unacceptable and sets the tone for the school year

Since my last review, efforts were made to remedy the billing situation we were in. I truly appreciate Mrs. Taylor for helping and Mrs. Rainey for her assistance when we were late recently.

I absolutely love this school!!! Coming from California and checking out an additional Daycare/PreK my expectations were borderline. It’s well structured between the classrooms and current events celebrated between multicultural backgrounds and not just the normal American traditions. The meals are awesome and seem to be very well balanced. And let me say the STAFF (5 stars)!!! I couldn’t be happier with this location I found because they are genuinely caring people not just as employees, but for the children and to a parent it makes all the difference to know I can leave my child with people you can trust as a team! Love them and hope my younger son gets a chance to share this experience as well. Thank you all! Mrs. Petti keep up the good work, your team is a big reflection on the way you run this school.

Everyone we've worked with at this center has been wonderful. All the teachers are friendly and work to provide a comfortable learning environment, and my sons progress since starting shows we made a good decision choosing the sunshine house.

Both of my children have been coming to this daycare for many years. My oldest is 10 and attended from 6 mo. - 5 years. My youngest is 4 and attended from 6 weeks old - current. Very nice staff and my child loves and knows all the teachers.

The teachers and the staff are nice. I love there interaction with each student and also keeping the parents informed of everything that is going on with the school and your child.

I am very appreciative of the learning environment that is provided at the Sunshine house. The facility is keep bright and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive to the children and their needs. I was very nervous about putting my daughter in childcare. Ms.Ruff (facility director) made the decision to enroll here easier. She was patient and friendly. Ms. Ruff personally took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Thank you to Ms. Shakia (toddler instructor) for being a true gem in the learning development of my daughter from sign language to potty training. ?

I’m very pleased with the service that I am getting from Sunshine House. The teachers have so much patience with my grandson. The Director at the Facility, Ms Ruff, is always so welcoming when I come into the Sunshine House. She knows her Staff as well as the children and treat them as her own. If I ever have an issue, she is always quick to address and resolve within a timely manner, very professional and full of knowledge in her field. Ms. Ruff is definitely an asset to Sunshine House.

Great place! My son go to PreK there. Great place, he learn so much and have a lot of fun. The teachers are amazing. Ms. Murphy and Mr. Garson is awesome.

My sons attends the Pre-K program and I'm very grateful for the service, education, and experience he is receiving. When he have our little talks about how school went I hear nothing but positive things. He's more knowledgeable about his shapes, letters, numbers, and colors. The staff is very friendly always smiles when you walk in the building. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The new director as of September 2017 (Ruff), is the reason I pulled my children from this school and they loved it there. She is rude, yells and unprofessional...she speaks to the teachers as if they are beneath her. She tried to speak to me in that manner and I had to remind her that we pay for a service, she is definitely in the wrong profession. Balances are not correct, I was charged incorrectly several times...i.e. spring break....they ran a special rate. I was charged the special rate and my regular rate and instead of apologizing she implied it was the parent's fault. My kids had been there since birth, there were some superstars there that she fired or got rid of (Asst Director & the two-year-old teacher). The remaining wonderful teachers always look unhappy. She is a dark cloud....I left a voicemail for the regional director and did not receive a call back. I see why enrollment is low...

We are thankful for a safe place our children can learn, play, and go on exciting field trips throughout the summer. I am thankful for the professional and warm environment, even through changes. It's nice to know they are in a place, like a family, that will provide what we could if we did not have to go to work. We were referred here almost three years ago.

This is very clean facility. My school age son is well taken care of by a caring staff. They follow all safety protocols when putting the children on the in the morning and getting them off the bus in the afternoon.
