I’m only leaving one star because I had to rate in order to comment. The number online does not work. The voice mailbox is full. The number on the door is out of service. They locked the door at 3:30pm and would not accept any patients. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am -5pm. What a first time impression. I would never.

Usually I don't leave reviews but I had to for this one. If you have another option to go somewhere else, take it!! This doctor (Dr.Harold Minerve) referred me for a MRI and will not tell me the results! Literally you'd think they'd call me but no and I can't get in touch with anyone. Mind you the results were sent at the beginning of November. I spent so much money to have the MRI done and they can't even tell me what's wrong. I have been trying to call and get in contact with this office for weeks but it's either no answer or some woman answers and says the office is closed. Terrible service which is causing them to withhold my medical information. It could be miscommunication but I wouldn't know because they don't pick up the phone!

This place needs to be brought into the 21st century. I've been waiting for over 2 hours and was just now spoken to. The staff seems to have no order to it, definately could use an office manager. The only person I heard with some sort of authority, told the office staff that people should have made the time for their appointment, when people were complaining about the extremely excessive wait time. I've been coming here for over 7 years and today will be my last visit here. 2 and a half hours and still waiting... ?

I had a break out or maybe even an allergic reaction my finance called and was told it was okay for us to come but when we got there they locked the doors so that we could not enter. We knocked no answer then the lady lied and said “I tried to call and tell you guys we can’t help you you need to take her to urgent care” very rudely when we finally called him back to figure out why we couldn’t get in as we were figuring that out we saw a couple go through the same thing, but they open the door for them and turned them away. 0/10 do not recommend very rude and organized

This is really a messy place they put u to sit in the doctors office for over an hour for what I am here waiting from 10:22am and it's now 11:23 am this is pour slackness they are getting from bad to worse I will never come back to this place kmdt I wish I didn't have to put a star you guys deserve a x

Honestly these people are so rude. I came here and 50 minutes before they closed after i rushed from work and they did not open they had there doors lock and had the audacity to close there blinds at me instead of saying “hey im sorry we closed early” or something of that sort im honestly really annoyed of how disrespectful that was and i called them and they just did not answer

I regret bringing my child here ! The outside looks nice but the inside is a wreck everything is falling apart and unorganized. The X-ray room was a mess with holes in the wall as well are the restrooms. They ordered blood work on my daughter and I had to call them about the results they said would be mailed to me but 2 weeks later I found out I had to pick them up; I later found out from a pediatrician the work wasn’t necessary and only ran on adults. I think this doctor office is just running random test to collect on insurance or is a cover up for something illegal, I have never been in a doctor office like this. Please listen to the reviews and do not go there!

Great doctors but the check in staff replace. Why Am I here from 10:20am and it is now 1:37pm still waiting to retake blood work. My 6year old is still waiting to eat, hungry and you keep telling me I’m 4 people behind. Suggestion: those coming to be retested should not have to wait like the others

I was really debating bout going here cause of comments but I gave it a try for myself, so I took my daughter (our first time here) so as we check in we waited bout 30 mins to get called to the back I had my other daughter with me and she special needs, so as we get to back they say your other daughter can’t come back here and I explain to them I’m not leaving her out in lobby. So why we in back waiting on doctor coke in I hear one of nurses say why she bring her daughter if she don’t have a babysitter sleep will see her this time next time she need a babysitter….. then they doctor guessing stuff I’m asking her smh very unprofessional never again

I had an appointment middle of May and I was told I would get some lab work done. I have been calling ever since then it is now the middle of June. Last Thursday I finally got someone to answer and she told me someone will call me back in 30 minutes with my results. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard from anyone and of course they’re closed and the voicemail is ALWAYS full! This is really horrible customer service especially when you have patient health on the line.

Had a blood work done 10/23/2020. Know one called to give me the results. When I called today, which is 2weeks later, I was told they were very busy because it was a Monday. I explained to her that we were at my PCP and can they fax over the results. She took my number and the fax number. I called back 2 hours later and was told they were very busy snd they would get to it this week. I explained to her it’s been over 2 weeks, and I was at the Dr. office waiting for the fax. she stated. “ Oh that is tragic “. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff is unprofessional and the building if falling apart. I would not recommend taking anyone there. Sorry
