First off WHO EVER IS AT THE FRONT IS RUDE AS I DONT KNOW WHAT!!! Im disabled and I was referred to contact St Vincent de Paul by my social worker. I receive chemo biweekly and take chemo pills daily. So Im disabled and on a fixed income. I contacted them Aug 20 on the assumption of being helped with rent because they say they help with rent and utilities. I was told someone would give me a call bk and to look out for a private or blocked number. I did for the rest of the week. No one called. By the 27th I called back and they stated on the answering machine that they are no longer helping with rental assistance and try again later. I was mad as hell what happened to my call back?! On the 13th of Sept I spoke w someone again explained my situation and she stated yet again the same thing. Oh, Im so sorry welk I have all of your information and Ill make sure someone give you a call. NO CALL AT ALL!!! Sept 20 I called and it ended up being the thrift store, they were sooo rude the lady hung up on me and all I was trying to do was speak to the coordinator or manager or someone who's over the Financial part. It is now Oct 1 and I have yet to receieve a call from them. Ive never been turned down, lied to, hung up on by a CHURCH that promises to help people. Its sad that you would think GODS children whos supoosed to be out here doing god a favor would be so RUDE and LIE about helping people. The reason I dont trust CHURCHES or people these days.

First visit, polite cashier, $8 shoes were 25% off. Not a huge store, located on a retail strip. Plenty of parking

I met a lady name Denise this week, she was very unwelcoming and really hard to talk to. I tried talking to her but she was very rude and really hard to talk to.

Denise the new manager at this location is a horrible horrible mean lady, she is so unwelcoming. This thrift store is an amazing place to shop I always come here to look around and the workers are so welcoming and amazing to talk to especially Tim. He’s talks to all the customers and has a great attitude, so welcoming and helpful around the store. I went to the store recently and I met Denise the new manager she is so rude to everyone. Me and my family felt so unwelcome. She had an attitude and not a good personality. But I still do love this store and what it stands for.

If the mission is to help the community you are falling short. I went to buy a jacket and it was clearly worn a lot and it was priced at 38 dollars. This isn't right! If you want to help families ....lower your prices ...especially during a recession.
