When I buy the 40 pound cutups, I'm getting the best price I've seen anywhere and it's a good base.I live in Tennessee. I ordered on Friday at 1 CST and got my tracking number within an hour. My order is scheduled to arrive on Saturday - the very next day! I couldn't be more pleased.

You can't even go inside and shop. You literally walk into a door and it looks like an office. There are 2 more doors, one on the right and one on the left but, it's for their employees. There's a huge locker room cabinet inside with lockers for pick up and drop of.

Reasonably priced soap making products. The area to pick up is contactless and very easy to use. We will definitely use Soapgoods again!

Do business with this company! I was very impressed with their customer service, particularly when so much of the retail world is lacking a service orientation. During the busy holiday season, they communicated well and did everything they could to exceed my expectations. They were out of a particular mold I ordered for my sister for Christmas, and worked with me to select a new one and threw in a couple of extra to "make up for the inconvenience," and overnighted it to make sure it arrived on time for the holiday. My order was not a big one, and yet they treated me like I was their best customer. Allan was who worked with me and I highly recommend doing business with them.

I have been a loyal customer of this company up until may last order. I purchase 80 lbs of soap, two different bases. I received 1 of 2. Contacted company and it was a nightmare from there. I had to track down my own second shipment which was wrong soap base. Contacted company and was basically told "once I returned the mishipment' they would ten send out my correct base. Asked if they could have the correct based delivered at he time of pick. Meanwhile, my customer's open orders are sitting. Allen was the emailer responder, that is the only way you can communicate with this company. After receiving a very unprofessional response from Allen ask to speak with someone( owner possibly) who could resolve my issue. Allen states he is the owner, no apologies for his unprofessional response! I began buying from this company so I could support local small businesses. The price is the same and shipping is the from the previous company. SO there go my making a difference local owned businesses.

I have purchased a few times from SoapGoods website. Orders have been accurate and promptly shipped. Recently, I had a problem with a bottle leaking and destroying an order. SoapGoods was prompt & very helpful in resolving this issue. You don't know a vendor until you have a problem - and SoapGoods gets high marks for their excellent handling of my problem.

I'm not sure why people are not happy with there service. I placed an order this morning received my email with the instructions for local pickup. Everything is marked clearly on the building. I love that fact you can scan the code to get your lock items in the box. In and out in 1 min. I'm happy I found them online locally it will save on shipping.

they do exist. I have picked up from them many times, when they were in Cobb County and when they were in Norcross. They even did a custom pickup for me of ONE item that I needed for a rush order for a customer. They moved again closer to Stone Mountain, however they are legit.

Entire order was held because one item was not available. The order included several gallons of oils, beeswax & more which was available. It is totally unacceptable to hold an entire order for one pigment!!! I own a business and have a deadline to complete orders. I’m very disappointed with SoapGoods.

They exist near mountain industrial. I saw their factory next to Pepsi in Stone Mountain but the building looks empty. They do not reply to your email or inquiry so you might as well say they don't exist.
