BEWARE OF DEFECTIVE PUMPS!!!
I visited this gas station today (at pump 8) to fill my tank when the stopper on the pump did not stop and over 3.5 gallons of gas was wasted. When I alerted the store clerk she was very unapologetic and showed little to no concern….she called the store manager and explained the situation and then offered me the option of a bag of chips or a drink for the inconvenience but noted that they will NOT under NO circumstance refund me the money although the defective pump was on their end. My tank holds about 11 gallons max & over 15 gallons is what I paid for today, mind you, my car uses premium gas! (See photos attached) Just please be aware I have recently seen a video where a young lady experienced a similar situation and I’m almost convinced that this may be an inside scam with these gas stations, as if they don’t make enough money already!

Full of Scam, the owner is not loyal and he full of Scam, he just looks all the opportunity to rob the customers. One of his default scam is the Air pump accepts coins i think its 3$ or 4$ and after accepting money pump doesnt work.. Owner doesnt care .

Today I had a bad news from there. Someone got break the passenger seat door window, stranger took the my bank of America sack. It was just 2minutes. So I ask for the shell let me see the security camera. But he ask me boss is not here so can not let me see it. What was that? I will not use anymore shell in stonemountain. Also who can see this message for stranger. Do not live like that.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don’t know who the guy at the register thinks he is, but if he raise his voice at me again we gonna have a real problem. Literally trying to intimidate me into believing he can’t cancel the gas request so I could put in my Shell loyalty number. If you don’t want to work, don’t clock in!

Today is March 25th 2021 and I just got diesel around 4: 30pm on my way home from work decided to jump in my truck and go somewhere now my truck won't start and there's a light that's popping up saying water in fuel I'm trying to call them but the number says it's disconnected.

Make sure to check how much they charge you for “non scan” items. They always try and upcharge you on these items. They will act like they just made an honest mistake but rest assured they are doing it intentionally.

Walked to this station at 6pm on a Friday, and they had a sign saying closed for 10 minutes, waited outside for over 30 minutes with no activity. Employees obviously don't care about the business

Saw some big black dude walking his pitbull with a baseball bat in his hand while pumping gas. Unless your packing a .45 i wouldn't come here.. just saying.
