Great location, good collection. There is ample of parking spots here, the rush is less. Not recommended to shop here after dark. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and neatly organized. Good for fast fashion clothes and cheap athletic clothing and intimates. Good shoe collection as well.

Both Rainbows by me are just horrible. Those stores would include Covington Hwy and Stonecrest Mall. I walk in here and I feel like I'm in a mall. The store was so organized, the options were bigger, and better. The sales associates were amazing all around top notch store! I thank everyone working 10/17 at 1:30 pm !!! I will be back.

I love to shop at rainbow. But unfortunately yesterday I went in to return an outfits that didn't look good on me and they refused to change it because its was a certain outfits. I wasn't happy at all until I left the store. I feel they need to put a note out to explain to customers which outfits can be return and which can not .

The Young Caribbean, lady in management is very rude and unprofessional. She began servicing a customer behind me before I ever started my purchase. Then ask me to wait additional minutes until she checked her out.

First of all I came to door at 5:45 the employee locked the door when she saw me getting out of my car with my bag. A customer walked out so I walked in and the employee didn’t want to do my return saying they were closing because the other employee husband was outside to pick her up and she leaving out at the same time. The employee went as far as to calling me a bitch… I will never shop at this store again customer service is horrible and remind the sign on their door say they close at 6 and online also state they close at 6

Why would you sell something and not have a return policy, witb out a receipt at least have a digital receipt as a back up in case the paper one wasn't given out becuase the clothes was a gift ! And the tags and everything was still on the clothes . Just Sad. Willnot shop here ever!!
