THANK YOU TO CHARLIE! She is super helpful and always has a smile on her face. The hotel overall has great customer service and is really clean. They are attentive and quick to respond to any issues or concerns

Rooms: Only problem asked for a river view got a street view in second hotel that wasn't kept up as good as the main one.
