I had another mover scheduled and they canceled an hour before the start. Prime Time Movers were able to come later that afternoon and instead of taking the estimated four hours it only took them two hours - highly recommended

Owned by a conspiracy theorist insurrectionist who likes to get drunk and drive around before he heads home to beat the ever loving crap out of his wife in front of his two young kids. Save the children, indeed. Try supporting a moving company not owned by a criminal scum bag. Not sure how well they'll run while the owner is in the slammer, but I'd pull any future business with this clown today!

I could not recommend Matt or this team more! They were amazing from start to finish. Closing dates changed, furniture going to two different states on different days. Nothing stopped them from making this work for us. Furthermore, the team that showed up was efficient and highly professional. They made moving painless, and that is saying so much!!

I used their service two years ago and told him I would leave a review but I life happens and I forgot..but here I am giving them the kudos they deserve. They were very responsive of my last minute request for service, called when in route, and even stopped a nosey neighbor from entering my home.

Worst experience ever! Lots of stuff broken, banged, nicked, missing. Worse, lots of things never moved at all - just left in the house! Also, they delivered things that were NOT mine and just left it even after I told them it wasn't mine. The movers sowed up and were very nice. I felt very comfortable. We went through the process and I showed them everything to be moved. They told me I could leave and I trusted them. BIG MISTAKE. They phoned later and said everything did not fit and I needed another truck the next day. Fine - it was a lot of stuff and I paid the extra amount. Today, the woman I hired to clean the house began sending me photos of all the things still in house. (TV, lamp, fans, sterling silver and more) They refuse to take any responsibility. Now I've got lots of things - that I paid them to move - located hundreds of miles away. Stay away!!

I have no complaints on the two guys that moved us but the glass in my antique wardrobe was broken completely out. The guys reported the accident immediately & said someone would call that day or the next at the latest. That was September 25. Since then, I have called multiple times & emailed & have heard nothing on my damages.

Most professional crew. Moved everything, even a large heavy safe without issue. They used the right tools for the job. Everything was well padded and nothing damaged. In and out on the same day. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I’ve used another mover before and I severely regret that decision. Do yourself a favor and go with Primetime movers.

My wife and I had scheduled PrimeTime Movers to help us unload our truck on Tuesday, 6/23, but due to last minute difficulties, I had to reschedule for the next day and they were very accommodating and understanding for the change of plans. The day of the move, Terrell and Corey were awesome in getting our truck unloaded quickly and carefully. Will definitely be using PrimeTime Movers for future moves.

The first question I had when I contacted this company was, do they provide/have their own company truck? The owner responded with YES, but on moving day showed up with a small U-Haul truck. The truck wasn't big enough to fit my 2 bedroom apartment belongings in, so he and 2 other movers began to use their personal cars to place my belongings in, WITHOUT asking me if I was okay with it. The owner, Terrell, driving his car, decided to stop by a near by gas station to get some drinks for his guys and I guess take a breather, meanwhile I'm STILL BEING CHARGED FOR TIME AND BEING CLOCKED ... I thought that this was extremely unprofessional and unfair to someone who was trying to give a small business a chance. During confirmation you get to choose if you want 2 movers for $150 or 3 movers at $175.. with a 2 hour minimum I chose the 3 men option THINKING IT WOULD BE QUICKER, given that they had a whole extra man moving. When I hired 2 men and truck last year it took them a total of 4 hours. With this company it took their 3 men, 4 hours and 30 minutes, (which included their multiple "breaks") the total was $635.78 for a 2 bedroom move The only positive out this ordeal was luckily none of my things were damaged that I know of as for now... I tried giving a small business a chance, and I work closely with WFHM clients that require moves ALL OF THE TIME, however I didn't disclose this at all, nor did I argue about the time or unprofessionalism, I was so overwhelmed and tired. I just paid and sent them on there way, but this is a clear example of what happens when a company price gauges the hell out of you. You can definitely find cheaper and more professionalism elsewhere.

Three movers arrived on time as scheduled, quickly prepared identified furniture to be moved, secured fragile pieces (including a tall glass case), a heavy couch with pull-out bed, and several other pieces. They provided an error free, stress-free service which proceeded with professional care and moved to my new location expeditiously and cheerfully. I heartily recommend this company for its superior service.

Mathew moved me twice in the last couple of years.He was fast and took great care of my belongings.He is the best moving company in Memphis.I highly recommend! I will definitely being calling Primetime movers again!

Excellent, professional, punctual, respectful... Terrell and crew from PrimeTime Movers are amazing. Moving is an overall pain but they came and hauled my stuff carefully (stacked boxes well, plastic wrapped furniture, picked up furniture instead of sliding across my wooden floors, etc). Recommend!!!!
