November 2018 by Keri’s Family
I started my daughter here at the beginning of this year but we didn't end well. When I first walked in to view the establishment, the lady at the front desk(Ms. Simone) was very nice and friendly. She stated she was the director and gave a great review about the place. I loved the fact they have a security code at the door and u had to be let in. Now fast foward to my daughter starting, the first two weeks I was knocking on the glass door and let in by someone not knowing parents had access to get in. The staff was even letting me in and didn't even tell me that parents were suppose to get the access code but they did make faces to let me in smh. Another parent end up telling me the code by the end of the second week. Now that's small compared to the other things I noticed. My daughter only went there 5 months and has had 3 different teachers (2yrs old room) granted, one went on maternity leave and returned(she is sweet, young, tall girl). I witnessed a teacher pop a child so hard, she scared the whole classroom including me cause I was just walking in. The child had that long pause before she burst out into tears. On my way out, I reported it to the director. She then stated to me that some of the staff have family that goes there but the staff do know not to do that. I was annoyed but I was confident she would at least talk to her. The next day, she wasn't in the classroom but was back shortly after. While in the same lady care, my daughter was once picked up with diarrhea diaper so old, the bowel movement had asorbed and dried. The staff sits up and talk about eachother and everything else. Everyday my daughter was sad to stay and u never know what you're walking into. I couldnt take it anymore so we left. Especially after they kept forgetting to log in my payment to the computer! I had to prove I payed to the same person I payed 3 times! I was called about that but we have been gone 3wks now and left everything. No one has called to even see was my daughter was ok which im ok with. They probably haven't noticed she's missing cause they always had to send her to the 3yr old classroom(Ms Rosey is sweet also) cause they had too many kids in her room and not enough teachers. Her old school gave me a daily sheet of what she ate, activities theyve done and slept. Youll never know at this location unless you ask. My baby loves her new school, run in and cry to leave. I feel like Ms Simone has great intentions and all the people weren't bad, she just need a more professional and organized staff that care just a little more. Some may just feel over worked, so I heard.

I worked at this place and I agree the children don't learn nothing, the teachers hit the kids, and sit around on their cell phones while teaching here. All they have to offer the kids here is a good lunch. But this school is a complete waste of time, The teachers don't do lesson plans and when they do event a lesson plan, it makes no sense... Literally a complete waste of time the owners doesn't care, all they want is the money honey.. teachers fuss in front of children. They are so hood, yes listen to all the reviews trust me they are legitimate, and to the Nadia Rowe, honey whatever you don't even Know the half, I guess she got a free week or half her tuition... LMBO! when you running your mouth, trying to co-sign for that place, hell they talk about all the parents and even you, while you trying to co-sign and don't even have correct information... When it comes to my job, I was not a transporter I was a director of the center and being that my child was Left on the bus by premier driver on my shift that resulted in the loss of my job.... I was not the driver and yes the driver was fired as well... But it's didn't matter to me I was going to quit this job anyways when my other job opened up.... And when it comes to your court situation I am a foster mom so that is why I was in court it was my child which happened to be a foster child... So hey your facts are in- correct and before you post untrue information have it validated or I will send you to court for deplimation of character.

This is the worst place to bring your child especially if you have CAPS. My sister told me that the teachers be talking to the children any kind of way & they be hitting hitting them. My nephew be coming home without eating. My sister & I will be coming up there very soon & it’s not going to be nice. I don’t know who is the young light skinned girl but just know it’s been problems & we’re definitely going to solve them ASAP this week. 09/13/2018 5:40pm

This school is a complete joke. They making a killing off Georgia Pre K that don't have a care in the world for your kids they so call teacher don't teach the kids anything. I refused to let my daughter sit and look stupid until I come and pick her up teacher are unprofessional. They have a pregnant lady watching the 2 years like really.... Pre K teacher are on face book all day I catch 2 yrs. old teacher wiping all the kids face with the same napkins. Look at the type of people that they hired this people are barley making it they walk to work.. I not being funny are trying to down talk the teacher because some doesn't have a car but I'm sure they have other things on there minds and it definitely not teaching your kids anything... run fast as you can sometimes it not about FREE Pre K lottery I will rather pay for my child to go to school before I let her suffer.

DONT NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! I should've know that review about the 2yr old was correct!! My child is 1 (not walking yet, but is trying) was there 1 week and 2days. Within that time she got a diaper rash was bit on her back(with scars) left with a soaking wet shirt From shoulder to shoulder (She had a change of clothes and they didn't change her). she was always dirty when i picked her up. I picked up her items today and her cup smells like sour milk. She sat in a high chair all day!!! They dont teach these kids nothing. The kids who go there even look nasty and dirty! They all have snotty noses they never clean the kids. THE INFANT ROOM HAS BIG ASS TODDLERS IN IT and A GRUMPY MISERABLE OLD JAMAICAN WHO DOESN'T LIKE HER JOB NOR DOES SHE LIKE KIDS. She talked nasty to me and to the older kids who were in there trying to help her clean. This was my child first daycare and when i say they SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THEY SHOULD! The crib sheets have dirty stains on them. The kids carpet was filthy. They never told me when or what my baby ate, What she did, NOTHING my baby stuff was put in the cabinet over the sink! My baby didn't even like the old Jamaican she would fan at her as if she was trying to hit her. But yet would wave bye bye to the lady who had her a few hours when she got the morning. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR TODDLERS AND INFANTS WHO CANT TELL THEIR PARENTS WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM! The director acts as if she cares but she knows HER STAFF IS TRASH ( this may not apply to all the staff) They will know EXACTLY who I am! I AM THAT PARENT WHO DOES NOT PLAY ABOUT THEIR CHILD!! I DON'T GET HELP FROM THE STATE I WORK HARD FOR EVERY PENNY I EARN! This place needs to be reported! Look at the last review who was an employee! Pay that extra money somewhere else so you know your child is being treated right and being taken care of! All daycares should be required to have cameras. Because on Monday i had to go off and the next day some big kid bites my baby! How convenient?! Im sure it was someone who shouldn't have been in the infant room. I failed my baby by not following my first gut feeling! But lesson learned!

My son goes to this school. He started this school last year (2015). Mrs. Michelle is absolutely awesome. Mrs Nikki and Mrs. Lily are wonderful teachers too. My son loves to attending Spanish with Mrs.Ana on Tuesday and Thursday. The professionalism that you see here from this school staff is phenomenal. I thank God for allowing us to find one of Stone Mountain's best kept secrets.

My daughter has been going here since she was 11 months. She is almost 4 now. I have never had any bad experiences at all. Ms. Simone is very thorough and my daughter loves all of her teachers! They are organized and professional and I am very comfortable leaving her with them. The rates are affordable and I wouldn't choose any other daycare over this one. Great place and great staff!

My son has been going here for the past 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Simone is wonderful, the teachers are very hands on with the children, and the kids are always learning about something new. Now that I have a newborn I would only send my baby here as I know that she will be well taken care of. The site is large and there are plenty of kids that attend and surprising they are hardly ever sick. The building is very clean and everything is well taken care of, inside and out. I like that everyone in the center is very personable, they know who you are and your children's names, and I love that if you are running a little behind or a few dollars short they don't hound you down or charge you extra for being slightly late. I plan on sending my kids here until they tell me that they are too old to come. Im very glad to have found this center. If you are looking for childcare in stone mountain, make sure you stop by here first.
