Good selection of machines and plenty of availability. TVs are not reliable (poor satellite connections) and lots of static in the audio - hard to understand dialogue in audio.

Only has vertical tanning beds. That was extremely uncomfortable to do that after a hard workout. Will not be going back.

Good place showers were good not dirty shower curtains is clean very important for hygiene overall 100%

Good equipment and easy morning access. Can't understand why locker rooms get so dirty over night, although some of the night staff do clean it well.

I have metastatic breast cancer. I am dying.
I tried to cancel during pandemic. They didn’t do it. I cancelled again over a year ago from the hospital mailed in, unable to walk or drive. I went in and cancelled again in person once I could walk again (albeit still disabled). I have asked to be cancelled so many times and I just noticed- every month they’ve still deducted fees. It’s just not letting me cancel. Do not trust!
I shouldn’t have to work so hard to deal with this. One cancellation should have done it.
I shouldn’t have to close my bank account to stop this but I’m at a loss of what else to do since they never actually cancel.

Great gym to workout in and a clean environment but they seriously need to check their water fountain.. I keep tasting and smelling the chemical in the water this past few months. Would be great if you guys could solve the issue.
